    @virginmedia It doesn’t for me. Virgin has build a wall of impenetrable bots and automised systems that makes any communication impossible.well done of not making any attempt to help your customers. This is such an arrogant attitude

    @virginmedia That is a lie and your as should be reported. If your wifi works it early gets up to the speed that you charge me for. You also fail to mention that you slow down speeds when everyone is watching. So many disappointments when the wheel start spinning

    @virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

    @virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!

    @virginmedia you have one hour to respond with a solution. 5 - hours spent on call centres 3 - failed outdoor pre-installations. 2 - failed indoor wifi installations. 1st - time customer. This how you treat customers? No solution today, fine, I’ll go with @skytv

    @virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

    @virginmedia I want to use your app, I really do but I can’t create an account as my acc no (as found on top right of my paper bill) is only 8 digits. And not the 9 you require. Why is using your service so difficult? And my internet connection so rubbish? PS. I can count!

    @virginmedia Hello anyone there? Could you please reply to my last message? As my landline is not working and there is no email support it seems Twitter is the only other way to get hold of Virgin Media. Please advice how to get hold of customer services not 0345 as too expensive

    @virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing

    @browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

    @virginmedia No! They lied and said I phoned and cancelled the installation - obviously I did not and I asked for a recording of the alleged phone call which still has not materialised! Engineer came out 22nd March and said no problem to install at property but still no installation!

    @virginmedia I called that number and it is just a customer service operator who I had to explain everything again to be put through to pre installs and I have to repeat everything again! They are not helping at all-this is the team that lied to us only yesterday!

    @virginmedia Yes I have done that. I would like an engineer to come and look at it because tech support only has one response which is factory reset. I was told its against your protocol to send someone when they can do it over the phone. But they can't because it still doesn't work
