-
Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia Still no reply from any of your online contacts - unacceptable customer service
-
Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia It doesn’t for me. Virgin has build a wall of impenetrable bots and automised systems that makes any communication impossible.well done of not making any attempt to help your customers. This is such an arrogant attitude
-
Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia That is a lie and your as should be reported. If your wifi works it early gets up to the speed that you charge me for. You also fail to mention that you slow down speeds when everyone is watching. So many disappointments when the wheel start spinning
-
Chris S (@CMS200) reported from London, England@virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!
-
Estelle Levacher (@Goldenlocks) reported from Richmond, England@virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia Is that the terminology? As I said I don’t wish to discuss it on Twitter. Think a complaint is now in order and a cancellation request.
-
Atul Sodha (@AtulSodha) reported from Harefield, England@virginmedia you have the worst reputation for customer service and no simple way to resolve an issue. I am resorting to a rant on Twitter in hope of some contact from you to resolve my issues.A representative dropped the call when passing me on and has not called back #disgusted
-
Sunny Deo (@sunnydeo) reported from Enfield Lock, England@virginmedia you have one hour to respond with a solution. 5 - hours spent on call centres 3 - failed outdoor pre-installations. 2 - failed indoor wifi installations. 1st - time customer. This how you treat customers? No solution today, fine, I’ll go with @skytv
-
James the Electrician ⚡ (@jamesifoster) reported from Spelthorne District, England@virginmedia Our Internet is down TW18, Staines-upon-Thames
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia LS, just tried to send a text to your CS and the number is invalid. Is this a scam? @virginmedia charging £49.50 for a worse service than ever before and no working landline.
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia Can I please DM you on this issue?
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?
-
Annie Lou (@AnnieLouLDN) reported from Tottenham, England@virginmedia I want to use your app, I really do but I can’t create an account as my acc no (as found on top right of my paper bill) is only 8 digits. And not the 9 you require. Why is using your service so difficult? And my internet connection so rubbish? PS. I can count!
-
Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia Hello anyone there? Could you please reply to my last message? As my landline is not working and there is no email support it seems Twitter is the only other way to get hold of Virgin Media. Please advice how to get hold of customer services not 0345 as too expensive
-
Annie Lou (@AnnieLouLDN) reported from Tottenham, England@virginmedia Spoke to someone in customer service and hopefully your IT dept will resolve the app issues .... but you still haven’t replied to this tweet AND my internet connection is atrocious. So glad I’m teaching online .... not 😩😠
-
Ethan Greenwood (@Ethanisraelite) reported from Barnet, EnglandDear @virginmedia since you refuse to pick up your phones and there is no way to contact you I wish to cancel my broadband contract on march 05th. Please do not renew it.
-
Cllr Joanna K Dąbrowska 💙 (@JKDabrowska) reported from Ealing, England@virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing
-
Daniel Emery (@DemeryUK) reported from Richmond, England@browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.
Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Morvarid (@Morvaridp) reported from Chigwell, England@virginmedia absolutely useless customer service, with no knowledge of what to do and how to resolve issues. Each person tells you something different and unable to resolve a problem with WiFi connection! How am I meant to work from home with no internet? They don’t care!
-
🐇Megan🐰 (@MeganJuliaaa_) reported@virginmedia great, it says going to be down for the whole day.. now i’m going to have to use my 4G which is going to cost a fortune
-
Goat (@Babyootang) reported@virginmedia No! They lied and said I phoned and cancelled the installation - obviously I did not and I asked for a recording of the alleged phone call which still has not materialised! Engineer came out 22nd March and said no problem to install at property but still no installation!
-
Goat (@Babyootang) reported@virginmedia I called that number and it is just a customer service operator who I had to explain everything again to be put through to pre installs and I have to repeat everything again! They are not helping at all-this is the team that lied to us only yesterday!
-
Claire Bernard (@ClaireBernard17) reported@virginmedia where is the web form in the contact us part of the website? I want to make a complaint in writing about the unfairness of the early cancellation fee. I shall also contact the Ombudsman.
-
Nineteen79 (@Nineteen791) reported@virginmedia It's been like this for days. Neighbours say no one has come to fix this
-
Andrew (@a_j_woodford) reported@virginmedia please can you give me a number to cancel my order at pre-installation stage. Thank you
-
Caroline Armstrong (@Carolin05779734) reported@virginmedia Yes I have done that. I would like an engineer to come and look at it because tech support only has one response which is factory reset. I was told its against your protocol to send someone when they can do it over the phone. But they can't because it still doesn't work
-
Sophie Stevenson (@sophiestevox) reported@virginmedia Yes we have but why does it keep saying the service is down in my area when other people’s in my area are working fine
-
🐇Megan🐰 (@MeganJuliaaa_) reported@virginmedia how long do you think it will take to be repaired? it’s been patchy for a while before it completely went down as well
