emma may (@BallardEmmamay) reported from Spelthorne District, England@avbuss @Ofcom @virginmedia If virgin haven’t fulfilled their end of the contract by providing the full service as promised and repairing any faults I don’t see why he should have to pay his notice period. A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

Jack Bremer ⚡️ (@jackbremer) reported from Wandsworth, England@virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!
-
Luke Bailey (@lukebaileyphoto) reported from Lambeth, England@virginmedia Persistent network issues continue to hinder the ability to work from home. I endeavoured to check the service page but it itself would not load so I’m guessing there’s an issue somewhere. Issues include long dropouts and high response times. #networkengineer
