    @avbuss @Ofcom @virginmedia If virgin haven’t fulfilled their end of the contract by providing the full service as promised and repairing any faults I don’t see why he should have to pay his notice period. A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

    @virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

    @virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

    @virginmedia Persistent network issues continue to hinder the ability to work from home. I endeavoured to check the service page but it itself would not load so I’m guessing there’s an issue somewhere. Issues include long dropouts and high response times. #networkengineer

    @virginmedia An hour ago ( at which point it was working but we were having occasional issues but since reboot we have nothing ) they advised there was a service interruption from 11-23 rd in the area ( that we wasn’t told about) and nothing they could do , end of!

    @virginmedia You would let your customers...? I’m sure there is an end to that sentence somewhere. No, it wasn’t cut off. It was 1MB which is next to useless anyway. I spent 2hrs on the phone trying to get an email address working because the website link broken but I gave up. Beyond useless

    @virginmedia Sadly they do not seem to settle down after a reboot. And I certainly wouldn't expect to be having to do that once a day (or more - as I've already done it today and the network is misbehaving again now). I have a Hub 3. Thanks for the reply.
