@virginmedia Online gaming is futile as your WiFi cuts out several times a day. After nearly two months of it, I called up and was told a fix date of Jan 18th. Now Feb 6th and no change. Have phoned many times since: "The staff are busy, please try again". It's indefensible at this point.
-
dogs_breakfast (@dogs_breakfast_) reported
@virginmedia For those who are struggling with dreadful WiFi signal on the superhub3, I install eero mesh WiFi and it sorted the problem, obv at my own cost, anyone who is thinking of joining VM avoid at all cost, the cabling they installed failed and apparently its customers responsibility

@JFRitte @virginmedia Virgin media and alternatives such as Sky will be in carriage agreements with channels to show them on their platform. Fees transfer one way or another. I'm not sure whether these would be an issue if you had to find an alternative supplier?
