    @virginmedia Really, wonder if this outage will take 6 months like the last faults did to fix?? Time to start refunding money. Poor service, and everyone says American customer service is the best. This is the worst.

    @virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

    @virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

    @virginmedia Many comments on requesting compensation. You have directed customers to your compensation policy. But this only mentions phone, broadband, service installation or missed appointments. Nothing about loss of TV services. So what about TV service compensation ?

    @virginmedia tv and broadband outage across CR5. It didn’t show up any problems on my status page until after I called customer service. No fix until at least 04:45. Rather crap for a Friday night eh virgin? Apparently it’s been out all day. #crapbroadband

Despite being told on the phone 25% of customers have an issue in my area. Can someone at @virginmedia give a proper update rather than a cover up please!
