I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

I’m so sick of wasting every waking moment of my time that I’m not at work, sitting on hold with @virginmedia how are you ever supposed to get anything else done, when ALL of your time is spent on hold, trying to fix a companies shitty admin for them! Absolutely ridiculous!

@virginmedia I had a total loss of service for 9 days in November and was told I was only entitled to £9.50 credit on my account yet your website states £8 per day is this correct
