    @virginmedia I’ve paid £15.99 for this movie and it’s been nothing but glitchy. Can’t watch it and almost mockingly, a message has come up saying “you are currently experiencing network issues with this show”! I’m getting average download speeds of 400mbps!!

    @virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

    @virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

    After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

    @virginmedia we had an outage yesterday that you advised was fixed at around 2pm, but it isn't! Your service status says there is no longer an issue, but we're only getting broadband for about 5 minutes every few hours so there's definitely a problem. How do we report this?

    @virginmedia your call assistant just hung up on me when I wanted to escalate a complaint. My complaint, I’ve been waiting 4 months for an answer / install of fibre at a new address. I guess I’ve only been a customer for circa 15 years so not that important really

    @virginmedia I think the smart tv. Yes because I don’t have a virgin box in my bedroom and my tv in there is the same. Especially the lagging. I’d be watching Netflix and it would stop and start buffering until it would get to 100%, the picture quality would be bad and then buffering again

    @virginmedia Thanks for this, but could you please hold off for now, please don’t delete the account. I must quickly gather some crucially important extended family email addresses before it’s deleted. I wish I knew whether the hackers can see/delete/reply to my emails. I guess I never will.

    @virginmedia It would be nice if you’d improve because you can rather than because people complain. Being proactive instead of reactive. Providing better service and lower prices as standard. Then the competition would really have something to worry about and the customers would be delighted

    @virginmedia I have been told to move the router but as I explained to whoever was on the phone, I don’t have the cable length to move it. As the original engineer has cut it short. I have an engineer coming out on the 6 July. Which VM said I would be changed £25 to fix an issue im paying for

    Last Tuesday, our cable tv went down. Since then, Virgin Media has been hopeless. All they say is there’s an outage in the area. TV was meant to be restored today. Now it’s Wednesday. Time to move to Sky. Virgin Media, I hope you’re seeing this. You should be ashamed.
