@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

@virginmedia An engineer came today. Issue resolved. If you remember I told you that it was highly probable that work being performed at a cabinet on our street may have resulted in our issue. I also told your telephone support team. That’s exactly what had happened. Appalling service.

@virginmedia If you remember I told you that it was likely that work occurring at the cabinet in our street caused our issue. The engineer visited and fixed the issue caused by that work. So, it was an engineer/maintenance caused issue.

@virginmedia Technician appointment in place for September 6th which will be day 16 without service. I have made over 20 phone calls and done various trouble shooting but nothing has worked. I have finally spoken to a floor manager and even he wasn’t very helpful but at least he tried!
