    @virginmedia This problem is still here; internet has been sporadic all day, dropping out for several minutes at a time. You are not reporting any issues on your coverage tracker however.

    @virginmedia Why is the connection between the internet and tv constantly going having to reboot modem all the time. Sick of this issue as not once in a while happening for a month on & off, more everyday in the last two weeks. This is not the service I expect for how much I pay.

    @virginmedia Seriously! You send me this. No connection issue. You should be embarrassed to think customers would not check before tweeting! Was being transferred to another department and disconnected! That have our phone numbers! Why not call us back? Been on a land line for 2 hours!

    @virginmedia absolutely appalling service today, 2 trying to home school (1 in year 11), 2 trying to work from home & Internet keeps dropping off so falling behind with work & school work, 1 hour wait to get through to customer service, can't get any channel 5 upstairs
