@virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

@virginmedia Please can you help me to terminate my contract and service with you since it’s unbearable and unprofessional when I’m having work meetings to constantly get disconnected? It’s impossible to speak to a Virgin support human too so I’m left with no choice. Please help me on this.

@virginmedia No change to devices being used, it starts to slow down from 500 to 30 between 9-11pm then nothing at all for around 30mins then back up.

@virginmedia Was waiting over an hour on Saturday to speak with your customer services regarding an issue with my TV service. After which I was cut off . I tried again on Monday and was able to resolve the issue

@virginmedia I’ve phoned up twice to cancel and you sent me a £5 off voucher so that clearly hadn’t worked. No one has responded to my message either so that’s not looking great either

@virginmedia I have managed to add my wife's name to our electricity & water bills without a problem & know it is possible with other companies. It must be possible - it is perhaps just the choice/policy of Virgin to not allow this. Is there an email/tel I can contact to take this further?

@virginmedia It is from a few weeks. Only while in the same room as the hub is show no issue. Happend lately that light start flash bit self on hub and WiFi is lost for some time

@virginmedia That doesn't work when you have to use a work proxy filter and you think it not on your network, and when going to that website on another device it's disabled, this is why I asked for it to be removed as disabled for you is not disabled.

@virginmedia No one can call either phones or we can't text out, We can make calls to people and have data, My biggest issue is we have a young daughter with cystic fibrosis and need to receive incoming calls, for hospital appointments, physio appointments, meds, etc, etc.

@virginmedia Yes I will be putting in a huge complaint the fact that you can never speak to someone English then get transferred into queues without being told then repeating yourself then being muted then disconnected , no apologies no offer of empathy or compensation for the stress
