    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    @virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

    If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    @LichVtuber @virginmedia I had an issue kind of similar for my net which was discovered to be a line that had multiple splitters. The setup was so bad that it made it where it is similar to what you have.

    @virginmedia After an outage of 3weeks I was told I wasn’t accepted on the auto compensation scheme .. so your expecting me to pay for a service i didn’t receive and then After spending so much time back n forth with virgin I was offered £15 I mean Is this acceptable?
