I’ve worked with major computer and ISP’s over my time but by far Virgin Media is the worst! I pay £111 a month and not one person can help. Intermittent internet for a month but they say just wait another week it may be back on!

Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒
