    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply, I have spent 3 days trying to sort out an issue with my broadband that still hasn’t been rectified. I have spoke to numerous departments,spoke with numerous representatives some helpful some extremely rude and unhelpful. The experience has been shocking

    @virginmedia Morning! Not yet unfortunately. Since the upgrade we’ve never seen it go over 300mbps on a speed test however some days it’ll go below 100, some days will go to around 230 but I assume that’s from people working at home. I was wondering if there was anything else we could try?

    @virginmedia you increased the price which is not as per contract. Your customer service cold transfers to areas who are not interested to resolve the issue and hang up on you. Poor #CustomerService i am not happy with the price increase for the same Internet quality.
