@virginmedia yet more non working channels. Few itv and sky channels not working. Just why do I continue using you when there's always some sort of issue. Wait time on phone is over an hour! Such bad service

  • matthewcarter7 Matthew Carter (@matthewcarter7) reported from London, England

@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

  • pussinpjs1 linda holmes (@pussinpjs1) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Thanks couldn't help and I have stopped waiting. All I wanted to was change my password as I had forgotten it 🙄😕😔

  • AsadMoghal Asad Moghal (@AsadMoghal) reported from Kensington, England

Why does @virginmedia have the worst customer service - the chatbot won’t work, the telephone service disconnects straight away - why bother with the service?

  • Miaopow T (@Miaopow) reported from Richmond, England

@virginmedia why is it when I do FaceTime or WhatsApp messenger to someone also on Virgin network it doesn’t allow me to? And I have to go to my 4G. That seems ridiculous!

  • Mike_E_Neale Mike Neale (@Mike_E_Neale) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia Thanks for responding. My wife and I need several different proofs of address for a visa application so we really need it written down. Is there no way this can be produced?

  • rusblake Russ (@rusblake) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia Today it’s back to normally, but tonight it will most likely go down again, since this has been the trend since Xmas eve

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. We had a technician out over 5 weeks ago to check the landline. He told us the cable in the road was damaged and it would take 10 days to fix. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since and can’t get through to your customer services.

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

Does anyone know of a service worse than @virginmedia? Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

  • brianging Brian Ging (@brianging) reported from Ealing, England

@virginmedia I've called 4-5 times. The only time I get though is when I select the option to upgrade my services 🤔 Strangely not at home to people wanting to cancel.

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Engineer booked for Tuesday. I spoke to Ezra on your team who was brilliant in fairness. Very apologetic about the level of service and now looks like we need planning permission to dig up the road to fix the cable.🥴 Thanks for your responses and happy new year!

  • kapowaz Ben Darlow (@kapowaz) reported from Richmond, England

I wonder which would be quicker, for Virgin Media to fix the area fault around where I live, or for me to just move house and get a new ISP

  • kapowaz Ben Darlow (@kapowaz) reported from Richmond, England

One month of constant disconnections, poor upload / download speeds from Virgin Media. Not that it’s particularly important to have working broadband when you’re all working from home and can’t physically spend Christmas with your family. What an absolute joke.

  • djbosher dj bosher (@djbosher) reported from Kensington, England

Wifi fail incoming, **** you virgin media

  • rusblake Russ (@rusblake) reported from Hillingdon, England

  • citigirly lisa sibley (@citigirly) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Ok so says issue now fixed could tell they were working on it as lost tv and then internet came back for 5 mins, but now no internet again? So issue not fixed can you contact the engineer working on it to say not fixed ASAP please

  • Mike_E_Neale Mike Neale (@Mike_E_Neale) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia I have managed to add my wife's name to our electricity & water bills without a problem & know it is possible with other companies. It must be possible - it is perhaps just the choice/policy of Virgin to not allow this. Is there an email/tel I can contact to take this further?

  • citigirly lisa sibley (@citigirly) reported from London, England

@virginmedia hi have had no internet since this afternoon, a fault ref did come up but just received text to say fixed but still no internet ref Fault Ref: F008694497 can you help? I have tried re booting

@virginmedia What do I need this number for. There are a couple of troubleshooting steps outlined on your webpage that I’ve done and they didn’t help. Why would I spend more time to have a robot tell me that your service is crap?!

  • MobileJustice Drew Pettifer (@MobileJustice) reported

@virginmedia why is your service so rubbish, why is your Internet always dropping, why is your TV service on demand hit and miss? Why when I rang to cancel my service after my contract expired I still have your rubbish service and your are charging me for it?
