@virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

@virginmedia Any news on when your fibre service will be running again in Richmond (TW10)? I switched to VM a month ago and already two full days of no internet. Crazy! Never had one blackout with Sky Broadband in two years. Regretting the switch!

@virginmedia turns out speed is not the main thing when choosing a broadband provider it’s WiFi availability. This contract is not working for me, I need a provider who has high WiFi availability in all my rooms, especially if I am within 10 metres of the router

@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia No - these are generic tips, these aren’t going to help with more fundamental issues W/ network reliability. Wifi connection is fine. But the internet is unreliable and I’ve reset my router 4 times today. That has nothing to do with connectivity/speed.

@virginmedia Yes. New contact started beginning of December STILL not receiving full items of the package. Not paying arrears till this is sorted. Paid a few weeks ago only to be passed from pillar to post afterwards. Only interested in payments NOT helping loyal customers. Shocking service!

@virginmedia @Callumgordonnew My internet has been down for days, and we’re getting no updates whatsoever. I have to chase virginmedia for updates and then they just give me a new estimated fix time. Shocking customer service. Ill be ditching virgin at next opportunity
