  • stephenpaulreid Stephen Reid (@stephenpaulreid) reported from Hounslow, England

@simonlevans @virginmedia I can only send you good wishes and kind thoughts. Their 'customer service' seems to redefine any expectations you may have previously held about such contact.

  • nickhooker Nick ****** (@nickhooker) reported from Kensington, England

@virginmedia has the very worst customer service of any company I have ever had to deal with. If you value your sanity DO NOT sign up with them to provide anything!

  • docklobster Nick (@docklobster) reported from Hillingdon, England

Is my PC unusably slow because #Windows11 has screwed it or because @virginmedia are still messing with the local fibre network or maybe both? Either way I'm having a #technightmare #techfail

  • Missy_Ports Little_Missy2. MA. History🐝🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🌹 (@Missy_Ports) reported from Barnet, England

@SilentMugger @virginmedia Richard. don't bother. I've had various Internet providers and virgin is the worst. I've been without Internet for 23 hours and counting now and still can't get hold of anyone to help. I can't do my job and they appear to have issues all over the UK.

  • MarkAlexKeller Mark A. Keller (@MarkAlexKeller) reported from Hillingdon, England

@ThreeUKSupport So does it only work when Three Wi-Fi is available? On Virgin Media it always asks me to login then says it should have logged me in automatically.

  • smahes4 Sid M (@smahes4) reported from Chesham Bois, England

@virginmedia The reason given to us that you don’t want to put extra 10mtr cable to service 3 properties. That’s a shame on you and a classic lie that you say on your advert regarding coverage @richardbranson @Ofcom

  • Weaverfooty14 Michael James Weaver (@Weaverfooty14) reported from London, England

@virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

  • docklobster Nick (@docklobster) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

  • BowTieMendoza VM (@BowTieMendoza) reported from Kensington, England

@Queen__Leiaa @virginmedia did this me 5x , sch install in Feb now saying end of July, each time with text night before and reply chat never worked, I even got 2 differ answers on the same day, engineer said no one home then told engineer never came to work

@SilentMugger @virginmedia Yes I'm shocked too, didn't think it would be this long & they best fix it as I can't work and I'm using all my mobile data to try and contact them. Really bad service.

  • david_renty David Renton (@david_renty) reported from Barnet, England

@virginmedia bit of a pain that if you want to cancel a new connection on a weekend then the first line cancellation don't seem to know you can't do this...

  • DuarteMendonca Duarte Mendonça (@DuarteMendonca) reported from Hammersmith, England

@virginmedia having massive issues with billing and tried over 5 times to sort this over the phone. Most times someone will hang up and not call back making me have to call again, wait for 30m, tell the whole story again. Need to speak to an actual human at a store. Suggestions?

  • Mrspdyer Peggy Dyer (@Mrspdyer) reported from Barnet, England

@virginmedia Yes, we’ve all reported it and service update says fix by 4pm today. Thanks.

  • Rochdale_Cowboy Craig (@Rochdale_Cowboy) reported from Maidenhead, England

Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

  • YingHuiThe YingHuiThe (@YingHuiThe) reported from Paddington, England

@simonlevans @virginmedia You seem to have an inordinate amount of trouble. ZEN agree supposed to be good. I'm with BT , no trouble.

  • Missy_Ports Little_Missy2. MA. History🐝🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🌹 (@Missy_Ports) reported from Barnet, England

@SilentMugger @virginmedia It's been over 24 hours now and I've now been told it will be 10am tomorrow. I'm in North London, not in the wilderness. Its shocking that there's no Internet in the city. Maybe there service is getting worse.

@virginmedia Bit that doesn’t answer my original question… will you be paying for my phone bill or at least half or it ? Having issues with service implies your providing one but you’re not

  • tonyhawken Anthony John Hawken (@tonyhawken) reported

@virginmedia I am unable to use a wired connection because of the unstable internet provided by Virgin Media. Probably would be much less.

  • Feintified Mikey │ Feintified │ (@Feintified) reported

I must be the only person that never has issues with @virginmedia broadband, Like my internet never goes down or anything...

  • fluffyrogue Sarah Hamer (Fuller) (@fluffyrogue) reported

@virginmedia we have a 2nd engineer booked for this week. We are having to buy extra data on our mobile plan as our internet has been intermittent over the last 2 months. Will we be eligible for a refund, as we are paying for a non existent service at the moment.

  • djtiggeh Tiggeh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@djtiggeh) reported

@virginmedia and that won't make a blind bit of difference to me at this moment. Do you think it's acceptable to be paying full price for a service which is intermittent? What if I had to rely on working from home via the internet?
