    Yaaa final bill from Talk Talk is on its way I have wasted so much money and time with this rubbish company. I had no service from them now I am back with Virgin Media I was such a Clutx to of changed, as soon as that bill comes in and I pay I will be happy😊😊😊😊

    Phoned @virginmedia tonight to cancel, as my price was going to £74 from £55 a month. Best they could offer was £60 a month even though as a new customer it is currently £50 a month! I was told if they offered their current customers those prices, they’d go out of business...

    @dowenb @highlight If you’re using Virgin Media cable then this isn’t the same technology as the rate adaptive technology used in ADSL and VDSL, so you don’t have a sync speed to monitor. One issue you can have with Cable can be an increase in latency especially under load.

Complete disconnect between their telephone answering people and the overworked engineers on the ground. Too many broken promises and broken cables!

    @virginmedia The service has fallen below the worst standards, most of the stores are closed now and no answer is given on customer care number. I feel I'm stuck and can't even cancell the call because there is no option of cancelling on email. This is what you get after 8 years of loyalty

    Hi @virginmedia, I repeatedly can't through on the phone to cancel and your text service "... do not have any availability to accept any more messages..." so how does one cancel? (And the answer isn't write to us via snail mail, c'mon, it's 2022.) Any help greatly appreciated!
