Phil Stacey (@PhilStace20) reported from Maidenhead, England@denman79 @virginmedia The irony is that @virginmedia are more like the Pistols -‘No point in asking you’ll get no reply’ and they seem ‘Pretty Vacant’ but ‘Never mind all that…..’ can someone please take some responsibility and ownership that seems to be sadly lacking atm

-
Paul (@paulpavli) reported from Farnham Royal, England@virginmedia The call never ended, they hung up…… Maybe you could give me a number to call and speak to someone, very hard to find one online that doesn’t require multiple guesses on which number to press
-
Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England@Firesnapper999 @virginmedia It’s really frustrating; the third technician was brilliant, replaced everything almost like a new install and it worked great for just over a week. Now the status site says everything is good whilst a call to support says it isn’t. #Grrr
-
CM40 (@CM40UK) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia No resolution has been offered by @virginmedia hence I have no cancelled my contract.

Carol Rothwell (@CarolRothy) reported from Wokingham, England@virginmedia hello. Please could you advise how on earth I get in touch with someone by phone??. I’ve spent 15 mins navigating website to try and get to a person rather than a bot. I need to report an equipment fault which isn’t service specific
-
A Rintsie (@arintsie) reported from Marlow Bottom, England@virginmedia I am sorry but twice in 45 mins they cut me off as they did not know how to resolve the issue / easy way out
-
Bowlesy (@Chateauneuf64) reported from Wokingham, EnglandReally hard to support brand @virginmedia and recommend them to anyone for Broadband. They may be the only competitor to BT but do you have to compete for last place?
-
DimiD (@DimiD35089880) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia Upgraded to volt500 from 350 and speed haven’t changed now 3 weeks despite your engineer changed the hub him self still same shame I been loyal customer for the last 13 years
-
Craig (@Rochdale_Cowboy) reported from Maidenhead, EnglandTook out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.
-
gonzo (@pears0) reported from Camberley, England@virginmedia so, I've been trying for over 3 hours now to cancel my contract and absolutely no progress made so far!!! 3 hours. Surely this is a breach of ofcoms rules to make cancellation a reasonably quick and easy process!?
-
faye harland (@fayeharland) reported from Reading, England@virginmedia Hi again. Just letting you know we’ve made contact with him and all seems fine. So please can we cancel the engineer for Friday.
-
Craig Hannan (@CraigHannan4) reported from Ash, England@virginmedia Yes. And there customer service email. I also tried the contact number. But not accepting calls. Surely this should be automatically credited to me. I shouldn’t have to chase it. Sent loads of emails over the last few weeks now. I’ve just been ignored.
-
CM40 (@CM40UK) reported from Blackwater, England@virginmedia My cancellation date is already set 11th Nov 2022, as I have to give 30 days notice. You lost my business yesterday after one of your CS decided to try and change my package to make it cheaper thinking that would sort problem, he wasn’t listening to complaint!
-
Pilot_Paul (@pilot_paul) reported from Basingstoke, England@ianmills99 @virginmedia No internet in RG21 either. Cannot even get on to the service page on my mobile
-
Marti Jerrard - K74 (@K74Marti) reported from Farnborough, EnglandEveryday this week and again today @virginmedia has stopped working… constant resets and in some cases down for 3-4 hrs at a time which is preventing work, training, education & entertainment! Come on #Virgin sort your reliability out pse
-
Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England@virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

-
Robert Henry (@RHenry652) reportedTired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8K_World_IPTV6 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix
-
CJH1883 (@arvey86) reported@virginmedia are crooks, taking advantage of a vulnerable person. Sold a product never set up as no engineer arrived after numerous requests. Calling to try and bully them into a paying for a service they cancelled that was not fit for purpose, disgusting scum.
-
Adam Marsden (@TheAdamMarsden) reported@virginmedia absolute garbage- was told moving house would be a ‘smooth’ transition? Instead charging me for two accounts, harassed via email and phone. Told this would be resolved. ALL LIES. Now they’ve cut our internet off. DO NOT TRUST!
-
Chris McGregor (@CmucG) reported@virginmedia So after the DM discussion there is still no resolution to the package I pay for not being fully available. Just being told to be patient! The compensation offered for not getting the full package I'm paying for is insulting. Not a great way to treat new customers.
-
Kev (@victor50) reported@virginmedia once again we have broadband & tv issues. I’ve understand we’ll have intermittent service until 10th. That’s 4 days with the issue. How do I claim compensation please? Supposed ‘award winning’ service is failing with monotonous regularity.
-
bammo (@garryba66) reported@virginmedia @UHD4k When will I get compensation for.loss of service of a week
