    @virginmedia I’m having issues with my broadband starting & stopping every 10 mins or so, packet loss too. I’m in the RG21 area but the website says no known issues!

    @virginmedia only had internet installed last week. For about the 15th time it's dropped out. Fed up of sitting on phone on hold. Service update page says all ok. Clearly isn't

    @virginmedia down in #Basingstoke RG21 - call to find out its out between 10am and 3pm due to network improvements. Surely such a significant outage he should come with prior warning - how to damage #CX ! Could have been a great #CX if communicated well...

    @virginmedia you’re broadband has gone from great to very unreliable. It seems to drop out regularly now. Paying a lot for your service sort it out!!

    @virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

    @virginmedia That’s right. We’d moved house and we’re hoping to keep you with us, but there’s been over a month of delays (issues with current cable). I need it for work, so I’ve been forced to cancel and organise alternatives.

    @virginmedia Transfer, he moved today so is really panicking that he cannot contact anyone. I can’t even check if the service will be available in his new home

    @virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.

    @virginmedia I made a GDPR complaint to you at the time of writing that tweet it was acknowledged, my preferences were updated (apparently) and yet I STILL get calls. Not a word of an apology in that letter though. Didn’t think anything would tempt me back to Sky..

    @virginmedia Cannot access my account online, forgotten my security question so cannot call, it’s my elderly dads account I set up for him. He moved today,none of your staff will help me as I don’t have the answer. He has now moved, has no contact to outside world, please help!

    @virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

    @virginmedia we booked installation 6 weeks prior to us moving in, we are now 4 weeks post moving in and still no internet! 3 visits no cable fitted and utterly awful customer service is provided every time we call. Still no idea when this will be resolved, just an absolute joke!
