Everyday this week and again today @virginmedia has stopped working… constant resets and in some cases down for 3-4 hrs at a time which is preventing work, training, education & entertainment! Come on #Virgin sort your reliability out pse

@virginmedia Broadband down again, 2nd week in a row. Had one day of service and stupidly canx Engineer due next day and hey presto back down we go again. 1 week wait for engineer, 1 day of BB, and now earliest slot for Engineer +1 week. Buyer beware. Typing whilst 50 mins holding with VM!

@virginmedia can’t even set up hub properly. 3 weeks since I upgraded my speed and I receive still the same but they keep insisting (we made changes will approve by tomorrow) REALLY!!! Is technical support think we are so stupid. Get a grip @virginmedia next stop complaints

@virginmedia I don't care if it's intentional or not. It's happened numerous times, and after waiting so long to speak to someone each time, it's very annoying. And if it's not intentional, then you have a serious problem with your phone lines to your call centre in India or wherever it is.

@virginmedia Dad currently has no internet. Your online diagnostics process says he needs to upgrade his hub1 to hub3, but when I place order, it says to call. Call waiting over an hour (Dad can’t leave mum for 2 mins, let alone hang on for 60mins). Followed your page and booked engineer 7th

@virginmedia The device can handle it (it's the same device), and has Thunderbolt 3 ports so the issue could be on the router, which is from 5+ years ago

@virginmedia help! Our 360 has suddenly stopped working - box turns on but there’s no picture at all just a black screen. Have rebooted numerous times, checked connections, changed remote batteries and nothing! It was fine one minute and not the next.
