  • spandya1 Sandeep Pandya (@spandya1) reported from Croxley Green, England

@virginmedia An engineer came today. Issue resolved. If you remember I told you that it was highly probable that work being performed at a cabinet on our street may have resulted in our issue. I also told your telephone support team. That’s exactly what had happened. Appalling service.

  • blackheathma Amanda Birrell (@blackheathma) reported from London, England

@MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

  • Griffo2018 RICHARD GRIFFITHS (@Griffo2018) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@virginmedia once again I have no Virgin media services at my home. I can’t even log in to my Virgin media app or access the Virgin media website by using my phone data. I have no way of checking the service status. TW15 area

  • Chateauneuf64 Bowlesy (@Chateauneuf64) reported from Wokingham, England

@virginmedia OK guys, could you ask your team behind the scenes to turn my BB signal up just a tad, you know, enough so it actually works? As your putting your prices up would be great to experience what I'm actually paying for now! Thanks

  • ThomasPirouet Thomas Pirouet (@ThomasPirouet) reported from Chesham Bois, England

@virginmedia is everything ok with the network today? Router has been flashing red on and off all morning, really intermittent connection however nothing shown on the service checker. Done the usual unplugging of the router, checked cables etc however still flashing red, then…

  • spandya1 Sandeep Pandya (@spandya1) reported from Watford, England

@virginmedia …and now download speed is 50-70 mbps as opposed to 500 mbps + before the incident (hard wired to router not over Wi-Fi). Please can you look into this?

  • paulhelpspeople Paul Smith (@paulhelpspeople) reported from Twickenham, England

When you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!

  • LutherB40510976 Luther Blissett (@LutherB40510976) reported from London, England

@virginmedia can you give me a direct number to call to cancel my contract. I've used whataspp / webchat and spoken to two people in last 24 hours - but to no avail.

  • joybrenda Brenda (@joybrenda) reported from London, England

@virginmedia help why have you made it so difficult to log a landline vault on line. Need to call, as line out of order since friday. I am certain it's systems fault as display message I have seen on previous occasions.

  • tlcko1882 Burnley Dave:Not woke just human.💙🌈🍺🇪🇺 (@tlcko1882) reported from London, England

@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

  • LutherB40510976 Luther Blissett (@LutherB40510976) reported from London, England

@virginmedia what is the number for your complaints department? It seems impossible to actually terminate my contract with you. Am I in the Hotel California?

  • RogerHighfield Roger Highfield (@RogerHighfield) reported from London, England

@virginmedia, your app does not seem to think there's a problem with the internet in area 21. I think different. Can you check?!

  • spandya1 Sandeep Pandya (@spandya1) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@virginmedia If you remember I told you that it was likely that work occurring at the cabinet in our street caused our issue. The engineer visited and fixed the issue caused by that work. So, it was an engineer/maintenance caused issue.

@virginmedia The internet is totally down. The sales person knew nothing about my account, kept loosing her place in the script and then tried to pressure me into taking a new contract today. She also said I couldn’t get the quote in an email. She also said I could only get 1 wifi booster but

  • Onoitsthatguy Onoitshim (@Onoitsthatguy) reported

@virginmedia Internets down again this month, had so many troubles recently with virgin and now this happening on Halloween night? Unacceptable, you expect to get a service you pay for, instead it seems like we are paying for the "engineers" to come sit on there *** whenever there's a problem

  • MamaChick1 Lisa Meyers (@MamaChick1) reported

@virginmedia And how am I supposed to do that if there are wifi issues? It’s in an out of connection

  • spencernfranks Spencer Franks (@spencernfranks) reported

@virginmedia I renewed contract I wanted same as before. Internet was very slow+ I kept getting texts+ jiffy bags to return my equipment?my contract had taken away WiFi booster pods from the network (3 pods had been sent to me originally by the executive team as wifi was so bad in my home)

  • BazaarRide Blaketown (@BazaarRide) reported

@virginmedia The ethernet ports intermittently fail on the router you provided, and have since day one. I have been through all the troubleshooting steps, both before calling (using forums & your support pages), and then again on the phone with your support staff.

  • Marchm3nt Geoff (@Marchm3nt) reported

@virginmedia Ps - your complaints team issued a laughable response to C-301022169 - it bears no relation to the actual complaint received. Full details being passed to the Ombudsman this week.

  • The_ToxicPanda Mike (@The_ToxicPanda) reported

@virginmedia It's the hub4 I have the connect app and done all the jazz too. I'm on the gig package and believe I should have the hub 5 as that is specced to support wifi 6 and can actually get gigabit over wifi.
