    @virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

    @virginmedia its been a month intermittently now with no phone or Internet.. if I have to say again its not the equipment but the amp I will make it a equipment issue by throwing the whole lot outside.. no way of contacting on 150 as i have no land line!!

    @virginmedia Service is back, but I moved over to VM recently and the service from my previous provider was much more reliable. WiFi has been down several times in the last few months.

    Am I the only one having difficulty contacting Virgin Media. My contract with them is days away from ending, they sent me a new estimate increasing their price for an ever diminishing service. I have no intention of continuing with them. Their service has been appealing.

    @virginmedia We have already signed up to a deal with yourselves, the O2 deal with Amazon prime and Disney+ as part of our virgin media volt package. We can’t access the Disney+ as no one knows how. I have the app in my tv but no login info is forthcoming.

    @virginmedia Really, they offered us half the speed for a £9 deduction! Even that’s more expensive than you introductory offer for a worse service. Customer service were laughing at my partner when he suggested half the service should be half the price @jaykendo
