    @virginmedia Why do you make it impossible to downgrade packages? Choosing "change package" only allowed was upgrade. Talk to customer service, they say they're only allowed to upgrade. Is the only possible to reduce package by cancelling?

    @virginmedia good evening, been battling with intermittent connectivity issues on your fibre broadband last 2 months. Have called your technical team before who just make you do the old school reboot which hasn't helped. Not quite sure why i am paying for a service not working

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for over 10 years,left for 7 days now with out broadband & home phone. I am being push from pillar to post with reasons.A engineer was meant to be with me from 4pm onwards to now be told no one can come. Shocking service / long term customer.😡

    @virginmedia I have done this now 7 times since 28th Nov without any Virgin service. I just called for the 8th time as I am expecting a new hub today to now be told it’s not coming today . A long list of bad customer service. I am fed up . Don’t use Virgin media as for the customer your left

    @virginmedia Phone call received this afternoon from your service centre but not about the complaint / when I asked about it they cut me off / email received from Resolution Team this afternoon telling me to ring your service line and have not read the complaint / total joke C-180123113

    @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

    @virginmedia ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I’ve worked with major computer and ISP’s over my time but by far Virgin Media is the worst! I pay £111 a month and not one person can help. Intermittent internet for a month but they say just wait another week it may be back on!

    A combination of @OpenreachHelp‘s incompetence by cutting through the internet cable outside my house and @virginmedia no showing for an engineering visit to fix it has me having to run my business through my phone hotspot until Friday. That’s if they show up, of course.

    @virginmedia Been a long term customer of Virginmedia and recently renewed contract along with O2 mobile but customer services has gone downhill. Having issues with Wi-Fi,phoned again today and was told technical support will call me by 1:30pm, but no one has bothered.

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint on 4.3.21 and was told I would receive a phone call from you within 24-48 hours to discuss further, but as yet have received no call...what are the next steps?

    @virginmedia No I want WIFI and customer service that actually helps. A Manager to speak to. All I get is tomorrow, then the next day guess what... tomorrow. It’s been weeks and many calls. It’s exhausting

    @virginmedia @virginhelp I got a contract with virgin mobile on the 25th of Feb but found a new contract with a different supplier to I called up twice the first time they couldn't cancel it as it was during the 24hr period and then I called up after and said they had cancelled it
