    @virginmedia Rang that number, said there wasn’t much they could do. Re did my package as it is currently, and it was £2 more than what I got quoted on Saturday. So just over £30 a month more staying with you. Thanks for trying to help

    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    @virginmedia I used your on line option of raising a complaint as the previous call took 30mins. Could handle another long call. Nothing has happened so chased it up yesterday. 45min call and nothing resolved. Agent just said someone will call me today. So far no call.

    @virginmedia I've made a complaint over a month ago without a response. Your not following your own complaints procedure. I followed up with a call yesterday, constantly placed on hold, 45mins later told someone would call me back. So far no call!! Someone call me please!

    Predictably depressing experience calling @virginmedia to cancel contract this afternoon. *On hold for several mins. * Offered £2 off contract monthly by automated answer phone message when I navigate through phone menus saying I want to leave. Say no on touchpad.

    @virginmedia No COM number. Email from resolution team saying sorry got a complaint. The guy I spoke to yesterday chasing up the complaint was dreadful. Put me on hold for 30mins of a 45min call. Ended up by saying the person handling this will call me. Clearly wanted to get rid of me.

    @virginmedia My new price would be cheaper. All brilliant. I then rec'd an email to say thanks for the changes to the package and I've had things removed. I asked on 3 occasions that was anything changing, agent said 100% no! Totally lied too. Very poor. Please explain how this is acceptable

    Hi @virginmedia I am trying to close a mobile phone account for my dad who has dementia and is unable to speak to answer security questions & we don't have power of attorney. Speaking to your cancellation line has been a waste of time and awful customer service

    @virginmedia what an absolute joke , I have spent 45 minutes on the phone and spoken to 4 different people trying to make changes to my tv package, this resulted in me cancelling my virgin tv contract. Never ever have I experienced such poor customer service #disappointed

    No manager either. So now I’m stuck with paying 2 months bills in an account I never have permission to open and was told that it was my fault for using the ‘upgrade phone’ facility in my @virginmedia mobile portal. #badcustomerservice
