    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia ordered bb in Nov & told 3w install. Today you sent domestic installers to our business property for the 2nd time & again were not permitted to dig on our land so hubby is doing it himself. cust service dept think this is ok - where do I send the bill for his time?

    @virginmedia Hi, waited until 29th Jan. Rebooted and reset Hub. There is no improvement. I cannot make calls and Virgin have a recorded message saying they cant take calls. Can someone update me on the network in KT6 5HR please
