@virginmedia Nope. There’s “nothing wrong” with the broadband according to the status page. Never is. It’s always the hub supposedly downloading updates. 10 weeks of this now, getting a bit bored of the lack of service TBH. This needs to be escalated.

@virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?

@zeitgeistlondon @virginmedia 5g at my home tops out at 23mbps which is awful 🫣. Yeah I told her we'd leave and she didn't seem bothered. Sky are offering ultra fast upto 150mbps with a speed guarantee of 100mbps for £30. I've had no end of problems with virgin over the 2yrs from signal drop out to 2mbps

Genuinely no idea if I've successfully left Virgin Media or not. We'd gotten to the point where I was told to return all my kit, was given my final bill date, was even told I was being debited £30. Never found out why because that's when the line went dead.
