@virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

@virginmedia That you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, apparently you don't have a complaints team and a £20 credit should solve all our problems. We never had this issue when we were with @SkyBroadband

@virginmedia It's the 10th & u you can c i have been trying to get this resolved, via app & phone, since 3rd Jan!!! YOUR tests acknowledge there's a problem. We can only watch TIVO if we fully reset EVERYTIME. These issues are the box as we can watch via smart TV . WiFi is fine!
