Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@virginmedia Broadband down again, 2nd week in a row. Had one day of service and stupidly canx Engineer due next day and hey presto back down we go again. 1 week wait for engineer, 1 day of BB, and now earliest slot for Engineer +1 week. Buyer beware. Typing whilst 50 mins holding with VM!

@virginmedia you're not getting the old equipment back until you provide me with the full service I signed up for, now stop sending people to collect it and once you hold up your side of the contract you can have it back. So until then **** off!
