    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

    @virginmedia It's always seems to be the customers problem that is the biggest factor I feel. Spend hours doing to problem solving to have nothing found err hello not making this up. Your App said there was a problem with the box not me trying to pull a fast one but still wait 3-4 days

    @virginmedia Yes it does but it changes every day to the next day... Your telephone help line is useless as it puts us to a call centre in India I believe and the only information they can give is the same as what's on the service status page. Just want to be told the truth..?

    @virginmedia once again I am disgusted at your customer service phone up with a fault detected by your VIRGIN MEDIA app on my TIVO box. I am put though the trouble shooting and the attendant in the end says its because I have the wrong settings which might I say are automatic.
