@virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

@virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

@virginmedia And will more than likely lose all recorded and scheduled programmes aswell as no TV for me and the kids for 9/10 days. Should have a priority service for circumstances like this loss of service.
