    @virginmedia Was waiting over an hour on Saturday to speak with your customer services regarding an issue with my TV service. After which I was cut off . I tried again on Monday and was able to resolve the issue

    @virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

    @virginmedia It is from a few weeks. Only while in the same room as the hub is show no issue. Happend lately that light start flash bit self on hub and WiFi is lost for some time

    @virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

    @virginmedia Please can you help me to terminate my contract and service with you since it’s unbearable and unprofessional when I’m having work meetings to constantly get disconnected? It’s impossible to speak to a Virgin support human too so I’m left with no choice. Please help me on this.

    Dear @VirginMedia, are there problems in the GU14 area? Because the reliability of broadband here has been appalling since at least Thursday/Friday. You really need to sort it out, I have to WFH and my daughter needs to connect with her school.

    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia I did a speed test over wifi, ethernet-over-power, and connected directly to the hub via ethernet one day when the issue was happening. Differences were minimal. The issue was definitely on the WAN side.

    @virginmedia Thank you - However I have done this already. Been having an on and off again conversation with them for nearly 2 days, and still no further forward. ‘Reboot your router’, ‘check service in your area’ both of which done multiple times. I just want to cancel now.
