@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@virginmedia 1/2 Hi, just upgraded to Hub 3 and the TV guide is useless as the regular text is too small and the channel name is just a logo with none or ridiculously small text. Either way it is terrible as it is unreadable and therefore unusable.

@virginmedia Thanks for your help. All sorted at about 10:00 this morning (Friday 19 August). Evidently two of the cables in/out of the box on the outside wall had become disconnected. Rejoined them & within about 10 minutes broadband connectivity had been restored.Huge relief!

@virginmedia congratulations, your maintainence nearby has been the straw to break the camels back for my parents. Speed anything from 0.5mb to 5mb/sec. They're paying for 200mb. I've convinced them to ditch you. Absolutely useless, predatory and the bare minimum in service.
