@virginmedia Many comments on requesting compensation. You have directed customers to your compensation policy. But this only mentions phone, broadband, service installation or missed appointments. Nothing about loss of TV services. So what about TV service compensation ?

@Ofcom how do I file a complaint about @virginmedia for lying to me? I filed complaint on 23 Dec to #Virginmedia. They offered to refund £64 immediately to close complaint. They closed complaint but never refunded me. Today they told me they won't refund me. I have evidence #liar

@virginmedia Alas I have no confidence that it will be fixed soon. Virgin seem to be good a rinsing their customers and not offering compensation - less so at notifying, fixing and preventing network issues

@virginmedia I have been invited to comment on this twitter thing. In trying to cancel my broadband account I have found the website contact page does not work. Ringing the 0345 number get throughnbut then you are advised to use SMS because it will be a quicker process.
