    Didn’t realised upgrading our @virginmedia internet would cripple my home office. Wireless @HP printer can’t find the network and I have to get new boosters for the other rooms in the house. So frustrating - I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort it all out. To no avail.

    Merry Christmas to all at @virginmedia who have left all of us in WD3 area with no TV or Internet for over a week (predicted) and probably longer over the entire festive period, moving to sky in the new year due to your continuing rubbish service and customer service

    @virginmedia “Have you checked for any issues in your area” No I have not checked that link. It is intermittent; one minute it is useable and next the internet service is missing; it is regular occurrence, happens almost daily!?

    @virginmedia An engineer came today. Issue resolved. If you remember I told you that it was highly probable that work being performed at a cabinet on our street may have resulted in our issue. I also told your telephone support team. That’s exactly what had happened. Appalling service.

    @virginmedia Phone call received this afternoon from your service centre but not about the complaint / when I asked about it they cut me off / email received from Resolution Team this afternoon telling me to ring your service line and have not read the complaint / total joke C-180123113

    @virginmedia ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I’ve worked with major computer and ISP’s over my time but by far Virgin Media is the worst! I pay £111 a month and not one person can help. Intermittent internet for a month but they say just wait another week it may be back on!

    @virginmedia for the 3rd time today my broadband won’t work because my modem keeps needing rebooting and is crap I need a new one but can’t get through to anyone to speak to this is been going on weeks now, absolute terrible service

    @virginmedia This is false advertising. My broadband goes off more than it’s on and then it is so slow. I have lost count on the times I have called the help line. I have rebooted routinely, it works for a while then off again. I have had enough now as enough is enough!!!

    @virginmedia Just spoken to several people at VM to get help with reducing costs and poss switching to Stream. Shocked by the unhelpful responses. Been a customer for over 20 years.I’m told no discounts other than a new contract - really? Stream - I give up!

    @virginmedia Yes. You compensated me for last month, said the problem would be resolved by July 14th. It hasn’t, so I need compensating for this month too. We are having to drive away from the area to make phone calls that don’t cut out. We need a time frame when this is to be resolved.

    @virginmedia is it impossible too talk with a human being on your site or phone numbers. It's not the case when your trying to sell me deals though. The sooner someone comes for that crap modem the better.
