    @virginmedia It is your job to apologise but I’m not alone in expressing dissatisfaction at the level of customer service at VM. That aside, I want to know why my router drops its connection almost daily causing me to power cycle my network chain in order to restore services to all devices

    So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

    @virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

    Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    Just ended my internet contract with @virginmedia it was very much like communicating with a stroppy teenager. That plus the 48 minute wait on hold doesn’t make me feel like ever returning. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia Hi, had problems with the internet today in SL9, been told by your support team to restart the router, Tay didn’t work so was told it would be resolved by Monday... sorry not good enough! I’m an IT engineer that needs the internet!!

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

    @vikki_horsley @virginmedia Their router is rubbish. They’ll offer you some rubbish extenders at a cost - prob wouldn’t be the best thing. I ended setting up a mesh network which works great but cost about £100. Also why are you paying £50 per month?!!

    @niallsmith91 @EwanMacKenna question the science on RTE? Virgin media? He is being paid a lot of money because Spotify think they will recoup more than they are paying him. And don't want to lose his show. That's it. I think that RTE is ****. I don't have a right to stop paying my TV license. I'll survive.

    @virginmedia No, but I got an email confirming my TV upgrade from V6 to the 360 service. There's still the Hub upgrade issue that wasn't solved. My Hub 3 is performing badly and I asked for an upgrade to Hub 4 or 5 but as my call was cut off I didn't get that. Can you solve this for me?

    @virginmedia Daughter in Law tried for over an hour this morning before getting cut off..finally got through and was told to call back in two hours…got through again & message said call back later…difficult with two under 5s. Hopefully tomorrow. Charging enough for a service u can’t provide
