Rob Armstrong (@RobArmstrong8) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Any chance at all, after wasting most of the evening trying to get through to you, that you can sort out an ongoing problem please!
-
Paul Marchant (@PaulMarchant11) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia . Getting regular spam calls about internet issues, usually 20mins apart. Phoney numbers when checked.
-
Liz Anderson RN (@nutritionlizA) reported from Aylesbury Vale, EnglandNot good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.
-
lee nightingale (@Nightingale_Lee) reported from Northchurch, EnglandDoes anyone know someone that works at @virginmedia in a position within the broadband team that could help us get an assessment of our private road done for installation of their broadband. We’ve registered on their website and emailed them but not getting anywhere.
-
ᒍᗩᑎE (@gemmak500) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Yes, it’s showing issues but we are still being treated like this is a new issue with no history. 😩
-
Ben there done that (@benjamingardner) reported from Berkhamsted, England@virginmedia @jonsmithmusic_ Perhaps it should be you guys telling Jon the update and not him having to hunt one down... again.
-
Aaron Phethean (@aphethean) reported from Berkhamsted, EnglandTechnical team denying ordering a new box that has failed to materialise. Any chance of a straight answer on this @virginmedia? No TV over Christmas. Bad form.

-
Luke Delahunty (@LukeDelahunty) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England@virginmedia Thanks. I filed a complaint 6 days ago and unsurprisingly am yet to hear anything. I feel like I’m being quite negative about VM so I’d like to give you some praise. 2 things you’re good at: 1. Replying to Tweets. 2. Apologising. Unfortunately both not very helpful.
-
Ed Webb (@theedthemed) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Many comments on requesting compensation. You have directed customers to your compensation policy. But this only mentions phone, broadband, service installation or missed appointments. Nothing about loss of TV services. So what about TV service compensation ?
-
Chris (@carmadchris) reported from Hazlemere, England@notasborednow @virginmedia Obviously you checked and got a no but do you know why others arn't available? I'm assuming at this point you have a land line connection which should get you everyone, if its just disconnected, open reach should be able to re-add Look at mobile as well (if you have signal)
-
Sid M (@smahes4) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia The reason given to us that you don’t want to put extra 10mtr cable to service 3 properties. That’s a shame on you and a classic lie that you say on your advert regarding coverage @richardbranson @Ofcom
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England@MikeCoxCowes @virginmedia @HP What hope is there for the smart home when even a wireless printer needs reconfiguring after a simple wi-fi network change?
-
I Make Stuff Up On Tw*tter (@sjdhatters) reported from Stoke Mandeville, England@virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?
-
Lil’Shaq👊🏻 (@shaqlockholmes) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. ᒍᗩᑎE (@gemmak500) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia There is no link. No one appears to know what’s going on and there is no ownership or continuity of help. As the paying customer we are supposed to just wait, lose business and accept the situation.

-
Declan Carty (@declancarty) reported@IrishTimes Perhaps someone like the excellent Patrick Freyne might investigate why, after all these YEARS, Sky subscribers in the ROI cannot get ITV channels, whilst Virgin Media customers have no probs in doing so. Is it still supposed to be a ‘rights’ issue ????
-
Paddy Sweeney (@PaddySw99745534) reported@virginmedia @_JIMBO55 You still have not got it ! A customer has problems with your service who has messaged, emailed and called VM but you still have not dealt with their issues. Take your out of date equipment out of my home and I will move on to a better provider. For an 82 year old unacceptable.
