-

Daniel Murphy (@dansmurph) reported@DartingMelon @alexand979677 @virginmedia Easiest thing to do is phon them up and ask for a loss of service credit, they literally have to give you the money back. No need to wait for the ombudsman etc. you only really need that when your at the deadlock stage
-
Captain Howdy (@colonbarbarian) reported@Dratcliffe1986 @virginmedia @ExeterBub You need to first register the outage through Virgin media itself. I do this everytime there is an outage. Virgin will usually then give you any compensation, if they don't, then report to Ofcom.

Tomahawk Kid © 🏴 (@tartanjammies) reported@virginmedia @alexand979677 If I wanted to watch it on my phone / laptop / pc etc I would use an Internet based hooky site not something I pay 100 quid a month for. Get it fixed and issue rebates.
-
sue (@suziepea619) reported@virginmedia when are you going to get your act together and get your red button working again? Over a week now and no joy still a daft message experiencing an issue with set top box. Working on a fix. How long is a fix?
-
Liam Bolger (@LiamBolger7) reported@virginmedia @CliveR39 I still think it is not a technical issue but some sort of contractual issue between Sky and Virgin. Next step will be ‘technical issue’ logging on to Sky sports as a VM customer.
