@virginmedia Appalling customer service from you guys. After having spent 25mins on hold, I get on but only to be cut off after a short conversation in which the guy on the end didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Shocking when you consider what we pay on monthly basis!

@OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

@virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

Not good enough. As a very dissatisfied @virginmedia customer I find increasing a pensioners tariff without warning shoddy and poor. But then they are not known for good customer care.

.@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

@virginmedia I tried. Twice. Yesterday evening and on both calls the agent went to "look into the issue" and after a few minutes hangs up on me. I don't appreciate the rudeness and I don't want to keep phoning through, going through the same story over and over again just to be hung up on!

@virginmedia They said there wasn't a fault in the area and said to basically turn the hub off and on again. When this happens the speeds we get are great for around 15-20 mins they then drop again. It's been an ongoing issue for months and is really poor for the price. I will try this thanks

@steelyhoops @virginmedia Same issue here. Embarrassing. Will be switching back to sky. Can't add premier online. Can't add through the app. Waiting 40 minutes then getting cut off now waiting 20 minutes all to add a package. But someone from their Twitter will come on and say "oh gosh sorry!"

@virginmedia Two things VM fail on is reliability below 80% and no comma with customers. Bit like being in a car with all the warning lights disabled. Charge you for failed brakes as you will only know when you crash!
