I thought Virgin Media were bad but then I discovered the fresh hell of @HM_Passport. Elderly distressed mother, stolen passport, two months wait (so far) for new passport, two promises for call backs that never materialised. Awful.

@virginmedia hey. Board and doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. I’ve tried restarting twice and called to have a check on my equipment. That seems to be fine. When I restart it works for about 30 minutes and then goes down again. Thanks

Yet they continue to lie and say you have been “Fully explained” the exit fees when you set up. I would have never have ….

@TheSimonDodge @virginmedia I got that last year. And the solution was to get new hub. Issue gone. But it is appear agin. The green WiFi start flashing and the WiFi gone on all devices nonmater what. Cable and resting not helping. But the enthernet work so far fine.
