    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia Another day with Virgin Media TV package. Another day with not a lot working. Fault V210 today. Out of 8 months being with you so far, I would say 7 months have had an issue.

    @virginmedia But I’ve had intermittent service for weeks and when calling I was told issues started on the 4th Dec and won’t be resolved until 21st Dec. That’s a really long time. It doesn’t help that these online self-serve pages say that everything is ok.

    @geekypastimes @virginmedia Ey, if you are having packet burst issues. Make sure your pagefile is set to correct drive. My friend had similar issue and we spent ages trying to figure it ut. Turns out pagefile was on old hdd causing burst when offloading memory.

    @virginmedia Such a waste of time and resource. Ordered a month ago and external work was done by 3pm yesterday, but would have to wait almost 4 weeks for the internal installation and spend the holidays without TV or Internet. Just an unacceptable way to treat your customers

    @virginmedia Well, you're back finishing the neighbours install this afternoon- almost like that would be the time to fix it, rather than Tuesday. £8.40 a day compensation does not help.
