    @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

    @virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

    @virginmedia I agree they wont but if you see the loss i am getting of -82dbm from being 7 metres away surely a pod will expand coverage into that area with the poor signal strength? If i stand next door to the router i get my expected speeds - thanks

    @virginmedia @LutzSchueler please help me here i am an O2 monthly paying customer , I’ve had a virgin email address for over 23 years and they just closed it no notice , or warnings and your team hides behind a policy that didn’t exist when i first got my virgin email address

    @StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

    @virginmedia Call the line says there’s no issues in my area by Neil no at least three people in the same street as me that have no service at the moment so again absolutely incorrect information
