@virginmedia I reset my router at least four times a day. If I was to ring every time my Internet dropped out I'd constantly be on my phone. This isn't and can't be 'a fault', the service is just absolutely crap!

@virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

@virginmedia My internet right now is fine. The issue is that your service drops either its just the download speed or entirely cuts between 11pm BST & 1am BST. It's been hampering my streams for the past 4 days and isn't just affecting me as it happened to my friend at the same time too.
