  • mostly_sleepy Kat (@mostly_sleepy) reported

@virginmedia There have been issues in the area since MAY. That is the problem. First with no fix at all until last week, then with a fix that didn't last. Every day that it happens, it always happens at about 10am. Doesn't that seem like something that should be properly investigated?

  • ennayyzed1 Naz (@ennayyzed1) reported

@happer71 @virginmedia I’ve had to call so many times to get through to advisors who just put the phone down and I am unable to speak to managers. I’ve put in a complaint I would advise you to do the same. Then they have the audacity to say I’m going to be charged me for a service I am not using!

  • BrisonSharon Everyones Buck! (@BrisonSharon) reported

@virginmedia Well I posted a PM? What sort of carry on is this forum anyway to complain? All I can see are other pissed off customers with no resolution!! My complaint is on its way to CISAS @richardbranson had enough of this crap!

  • ennayyzed1 Naz (@ennayyzed1) reported

@happer71 @virginmedia Yes managed to get package after going online and messaging an advisor then asking to speak to manager. Manager then called me and took charge of the whole complaint. With virgin i have had no resolution and no manager had the common decency to call me or help me.

  • LeanneCDP Leanne McBride 💙 (@LeanneCDP) reported

@virginmedia Thanks but we really wanted to watch the fight we paid for tbh. Do you know what the problem was as it seems lots of people had same issue? We'd also like to pay less than £46/month for basic tv & internet. Can you help with waiving cancellation fees at all pls?

  • mostly_sleepy Kat (@mostly_sleepy) reported

@virginmedia I also reported this on the support forum and nobody from VM replied. Work was finally undertaken a week last Thurs and Fri (11,12/08) which took all 3 services off for the day on the Thurs and this seemed to do the trick, until now.
