@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@virginmedia We have business broadband and received an email saying that there was a planned outage in our area. As we are due to give a live broadcast soon we need to know if the work has been completed.

@TheStevieG123 @virginmedia I had a similar issue with EE (plus the phone wasn't a good enough upgrade for the money!) I sent it back within 14 days and got a sim only. 5g prob won't be worthwhile over here for some time yet

@virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

@virginmedia And so there you have it cable guys come tried 3 times and the 2nd blockage was never sorted out properly and yet again not checked that it was clear and ready for the cable guys. Absolute joke so I reckon another month unless someone really licks off and gets this sorted.

@virginmedia how do I speak to someone about my broadband and tv installation? It’s meant to be today and heard nothing. When I call customer services it asks for my virgin landline number or account number - I don’t have either of them as I’m a completely new customer?

@virginmedia A Hub 3. As it’s old I suggested maybe a new hub would help, but they didn’t agree to this. We work from home and rely on good WiFi, and to be honest are at our wits’ end. We just need it to work.
