    @MrLeeNingLive @virginmedia Virgin have been awful at my current flat! Moving to Sky in my new flat - my mate that has it gets MUCH better connection 😩 When Virgin came to check my speeds they also suddenly went to the right numbers when they visited 👀

    One time I got accosted by a @virginmedia person on a street, trying to get me to sign up. I told him there was no chance of that happening due to their awful customer service. He gave me a curse heavy reply, telling me how useless I was. I'm still with Sky.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply, 40 mins on hold to the call centre, the network connection had been lost, was talked thru resetting it. All working now.

    @virginmedia Sorry for late reply. I know my sim contract is about to end. When I tried CS I explained the issue I have. I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

    @virginmedia I've just made a complaint. My broadband contract is up for renewal 7th July, but you only just sent me a letter this week telling me monthly bill was changing from £38 to £54!!. This letter should have been received 30 days before 7th July!! @ofcom @KatieMorley_

    The staff @virginmedia are so rude. Called to renew my package and was dealt with appallingly. Offering extortionate prices for a lesser package than I already have. Virgin are clearly not interested in keeping their loyal customers. Looks like it’s back over to Sky.#virginmedia

    @virginmedia Ok ta will try about 14:00. Just got a@phone call but it was automated saying we are overdue payment rather than dealing with the current problem of not recognising our request to close account on 12th October. In the letters we did ask for a final statement.

    Anyone in Plymouth experiencing problems with Virgin Media broadband? Upload speed is almost zero during the day (6am - 6pm), making it impossible to work from home. @virginmedia has not offered any solutions, not returned calls, truly worst company ever! Small claim incoming.

    @virginmedia Yes .. As a ‘courtesy’ They have agreed to backdate it till 16th Nov!! So I apparently still owe hundreds of pounds for a service I haven’t been using & been trying to cancel since Sept. Go figure! I wouldn’t go back to virgin media for all the tea in China

    @virginmedia ‘’Pay the full amount’ is hardly a resolution but I’ve had an email saying the complaint has been resolved… Which it clearly hasn’t… Because I still have to flipping well pay for a service I haven’t been using!
