    @virginmedia Self install as we had determined the tivo box was faulty they sent one but its obviously never been activated from your end despite the hrs I've spent online trying to get it done no one I speak to has a clue what there doing constantly going thro diagnostics not activating it.

    @virginmedia No I have not and at no stage has any one or any virgin media Web site indicated to do so I have as stated spent hrs on the phone talking to yr people about the problem and now you suggest this I am totally fed up ringing VIRGIN MEDIA and constantly going over the same things.

    @virginmedia Must have been at the end of September. Virgin did not cancel all the services when I rang in August so had to call again. They said the refund would be with us within 10 days. I have trouble with your team accessing our account due to not passing the security questions

    @virginmedia Writing to complain about VM miss selling me a Media package and the appalling service received since. Last Friday agreed to renew existing contract at a reduced price. This includes Sky Sports HD, yesterday noticed these channels were no longer available.
