    @virginmedia your company has the worst custermer service that I have ever had in my life. Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone today being cut off and transfered and now on whatsup since 4.15pm until now still waiting to be dealt with. VIRGIN YOU ARE COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

    @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

    @virginmedia Ok thanks. No I've used it for a long time. I use cafe nero every week for a free coffee. So I know how it all works. The app tells us to call 02 for help. But they just tell me I should not use it if not an 02 customer.

    @virginmedia Thanks for trying. Three Exec Dept people in the last 10 days promised to call me back after initial calls - none have. I have put it all in an e-mail against what I believe is my reference number. I want the mobile internet service you've arranged to work.

    Virgin WiFi is up and down all the time, but now it's really down and not working. Can't even turn on my Alexa smart lights so stuck in the dark and soon landlines will be WiFi so that won't work either. @virginmedia #noservice

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Yes, since the day we signed with Virgin we’ve had our broadband drop out intermittently, I’ve been years trying to rectify it. When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

    @virginmedia can you please make sure you refund my £99.00 bill that you have just sent me as you service is appalling and so are you so called top engineers who have not fixed my issue since April 2020. Absolute rubbish and just counting the days until I am able to leave

    @virginmedia when I switched to you in April the guy selling the package offered me some Wi-Fi boosters if I had poor signal in parts of my house which I do… now some months in I really do need them and was promised them free of charge so can you make good on your promise please

    @virginmedia Why ? and I don't appreciate the laughing face as this is no joke. I complained about being charged for a TV package I never signed up for. Nothing happened. I leave Virgin but I have to chase you to return your quipment. Hopefully Friday will be the end of dealing with Virgin

    @virginmedia @quidco @Top_CashBack ...which always inevitably routes the customer to cancellations after being offered an initial substandard rip off deal. You are treating your current members like dirt. You really have to review your retention initiatives, and put offers in place for EXISTING CUSTOMERS
