    It’s bonkers that the whole district of EN9 could have an outage of @virginmedia for 5 days and because I didn’t call and log it I’m not entitled to compensation , I’m taking my £111 a month and spending it elsewhere!

    @virginmedia So after getting an engineer visit finally today, comes, says fixed, 10mins later broadbanddrops again. Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

    @Paulos_the_fog @virginmedia Because of home working I upgraded to 350mbps package and was getting that until a few months ago measured using a variety of apps - now it’s down to 80 consistently.

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but I’m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I can’t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!

    @virginmedia Unbelievably shockingly bad customer support today. 1hr 25 mins on the phone, spoke to 7 agents and no resolution 2 of your agents were excellent the rest were appaling. As a long standing customer I feel I have no option but to change provider. #virginfail

    @virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

    @TheStevieG123 @virginmedia I had a similar issue with EE (plus the phone wasn't a good enough upgrade for the money!) I sent it back within 14 days and got a sim only. 5g prob won't be worthwhile over here for some time yet

    @virginmedia My dad isn't a smartphone user. He's tried the rest. Standard responses just aren't enough sometimes, it takes a person to show interest to get an issue resolved. It's a shame that a communications specialist can't offer this.

    @virginmedia I logged into the Service Status page with the affected account, it said there were no issue on the phones. I then called the helpline and after entering the affected number it said there was an issue with phones in the area.

    @virginmedia Renewed my contract yesterday. Told them I also had a fault with my box. Engineer checked and is faulty but sending the same old set top box that isn’t even compatible with itv hub. Why don’t you allow loyal customers to have a latest box like you do new customers? Will cancel!

    @virginmedia I have no idea. I notice occasionally when the V6 box is on the network light comes on, on the box. The box is connected via Ethernet cable. Is it a case of to many devices connected via WiFi or is it a hub problem?
