    @ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

    @virginmedia I have now been on the phone for 1h41 mins and have spoken to nobody who can help me. Seem to get directed round in circles. Considering I have already contacted the chat who lied to me about a visit I am currently furious.

    @jakepickford @virginmedia I've noticed that recently too (Luton). Put it down to the massive 5g tower the council put in, interfering with my WiFi signal.

    Nothing but issues with @virginmedia internet goes down regularly and when calling get no help. And have to wait months for any sort of engineer!

    @virginmedia as per your instructions contacted customer services. Still no resolution with loss of random internet connection, what a joke. As long as only one of us at home uses the broadband at any one time, we should be ok!!!

    Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

    @virginmedia - do you have a problem in Stevenage area? Data parts of service seem to have stopped (no internet and loss of TV guide etc. Coincidentally poor O2 and Vodafone reception too - could these be linked?

    So I won’t be having my Gig1 internet installed today by @virginmedia due to network issues! Now have to wait until 6th January! I pay £110 for this lack of service! Thanks guys 👍🏻

    @virginmedia I couldn’t check the ‘status’ page because our mobile signal (from O2) was also so poor. The Virgin problem seemed to fix itself later and now seems ok. Thanks

    @virginmedia I have done and waiting for a technician to call me back! Nothing but issues all year! I pay £110 a month for your service and just upgraded (still waiting) to Gig1 and to be honest I’m not getting value for money!!

    Internet down for ages yet again. @virginmedia kept us on hold for over an hour then cut us off at 21:30 and call centre closed. No internet. No service. No use at all.

    @virginmedia No this is my consistent problem. The agreed price is never followed up correctly in writing or on the next bill and instead the original (and extortionate) renewal price is billed and charged in error at £147.50 a month, a price I would never have agreed to, causing much anxiety

    @virginmedia Thank you for your apology. It would be good to get the issue resolved instead. Since you have asked no details off me, I can only imagine that this a rather hollow response. So perhaps the best method would be to tweet every day until the issue is resolved?

    @virginmedia Yes I understand that but the service has not been good we've had issues for years had someone out multiple times to fit a booster it's been awful, customer service from who I spoke to on the phone was rude, we are not happy and will be making a complaint.
