One time I got accosted by a @virginmedia person on a street, trying to get me to sign up. I told him there was no chance of that happening due to their awful customer service. He gave me a curse heavy reply, telling me how useless I was. I'm still with Sky.

@virginmedia Sorry for late reply. I know my sim contract is about to end. When I tried CS I explained the issue I have. I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

@MrLeeNingLive @virginmedia Virgin have been awful at my current flat! Moving to Sky in my new flat - my mate that has it gets MUCH better connection 😩 When Virgin came to check my speeds they also suddenly went to the right numbers when they visited 👀

@virginmedia I've just made a complaint. My broadband contract is up for renewal 7th July, but you only just sent me a letter this week telling me monthly bill was changing from £38 to £54!!. This letter should have been received 30 days before 7th July!! @ofcom @KatieMorley_

@virginmedia please tell me why 2 reps on separate calls told me I’d get a refund into my bank by the 07/10 for overcharges (which cannot be explained) and for a cancellation of service I made on the 23/08 but now I’m told I’ve to wait 45 days for a cheque!

@virginmedia what team, cant get on website, phone keeps going off so waste of time there (attached to 24 hr carelink as well) All off this morning for a short period, 2nd time in a week. Cant afford the huge jump in monthly bill any more for crap service so will be cancelling.

Sky TV complaint !! Why are there so many repeats of movies nowadays ? Often repeated that same week ! From a movies point of view the fee charged is not worth paying ! Also know that there’s always Netflix, Virgin Media and others ?

No internet for 7 days, with no updates and constantly moving fix date on website… no option for complaints on phone menu, won’t let me complete a web complaint form - I work from home and I am now having to resort to this to try get any kind of help…. not good @virginmedia

@virginmedia Been ok since replaced but that is not the point. Your company have not responded to my complaint. Which to me is an absolute disgrace. Imagine if i was a doctor and i turned round and said oh he’s complaining just leave a person to die. You wouldn’t like it if it was you.
