    @virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia so I’ve had a merry go round of experiences for the last few months I’ve had to give advice to managers engineers etc when I contact about issues I want to out this forwards do a job do it right correct. Say a time call me don’t not call happened 3+ times 1/2

    Hi @virginmedia I’ve just been on hold for an hour as I need to speak to you on behalf of my Nan who have recently been widowed. Your colleague has just hung up on me mid-conversation. Can somebody call me back please as a matter of urgency, she is a vulnerable customer.

    @virginmedia Yes I have spoken to your tech guys. I have tried everything they suggested to no avail. All they say is I need to pay £5 extra a month for a booster which I think is unfair as I have done nothing to cause this issue

    @virginmedia WiFi isn’t a 100% but tv is working fine. I’m pretty sure that I am paying too much for just WiFi and tv, on my account says I have a phone line which I never had??

    @virginmedia Not really sure. All I know is that for some reason in various parts of my house the signal becomes very poor. Whereas it used to be perfect. Hub has been in the same place since I’ve had it.

    @virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.

    @virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

    @virginmedia my WiFi is so bad that come 7pm we have to switch it if on our phones and use our data. I’ve just tried to book a service call only to be told I can’t as they are doing work on our area and it will automatically get cancelled. It’s been bad for a year now!!!!

    @virginmedia Unbelievably shockingly bad customer support today. 1hr 25 mins on the phone, spoke to 7 agents and no resolution 2 of your agents were excellent the rest were appaling. As a long standing customer I feel I have no option but to change provider. #virginfail

    @virginmedia The same generic bs answer of "we're aware of the issue and working hard to fix it". It's been 2 weeks and started after you "maintained" the servers, you don't appear to be working that hard at all but why would you when you can provide no service and still charge an arm n leg.

    @virginmedia It’s sorted. We heard a bang and it no longer works. After 4 attempts it turns out your phone system is quicker than you. Finally spoke to someone after 4 attempts instead of having the phone put down on us! We have a new router coming Monday, how do we get a refund for 3 days?

    @virginmedia I spent an hour and a half telling the agent I wanted to cancel. All I got was offers, no one accepts no for an answer. Wasted enough of my time over this. Will wait until bill arrives, or for non payment. I have the chat transcript. I will go to court if needed.
