@virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

@virginmedia Charged a total of £8. It’s not the amount. It’s the fact I do not have a telephone handset connected. I did not make the calls. The customer service advisor was not interested nor did they show any intention of resolving the issue.
