    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Yes, since the day we signed with Virgin we’ve had our broadband drop out intermittently, I’ve been years trying to rectify it. When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

    @virginmedia I am stuck in a broadband contract with u. The upload/download speed is awful. 25 hours to upload a 20 minute video to youtube. 2 mths ive had these issues. Your customer services and fault department cannot fix it. 45 mins on phone. 6 day wait for engineer. Angry.

    Virgin Customer Services are an utter disgrace! @virginmedia I called on Sunday to get our broadband running (it’s been up and down for over 6 months now!) only to have laughing, singing and screeching in the background that sounded very much like celebrating the demise of HMQEII

    @virginmedia Hi, yes exactly the same. Started last week. I think I have sorted the issue. I removed the PS5 plug for at least 30 seconds plugged it back in and since then I’ve had no issues with EA servers. Something to do with the cache? I’m not holding out much hope it won’t happen again.

    @virginmedia Oct 2020 had pretty good 4g signal at SY95HY, come back this week and the signal has gone. Your coverage checker says no signal, so we had it now we haven't. I thought you used EE which says good 4g signal. I'm confused by it all. 🤯

    @virginmedia Yep. No reported outages in our area despite a month of intermittent connection now. I rang up back then to complain, and was assured an engineer would have the issues fixed within 7 days, but here we are!

    @virginmedia Because I was unable to use my media package for nearly two months due to our poor WiFi. Many phone calls ,problem solving to no effect. Complaint been made but manager failed to call back as promised. Landline hasn’t worked for months despite replacing handset. Poor service.
