    Cheers @virginmedia, I finally get to sit down to watch some TV after being on the go for the past 17 hours to find network errors with my V6 box followed by a huge update. I really enjoy spending what little time I have in the evening rebooting and unplugging cables #frustrated

    @virginmedia why do you advertise high broadband speeds yet I never get over 17mbs more often in single figures, whenever I phone up it improves for 24hrs, your helpline is a waste of time and I regularly get outages as well, as in most days

    @muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.

    @virginmedia my router is showing a message saying update in progress. It’s been like this all day. Service status says the networks being updated but fix by 3pm. Is there a fix? I cannot log in to the router.

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @virginmedia The box is knackered, it's flashing lights, going between the welcome screen a strange black screen with white box and arrow (?) and then off again. I've contacted support and an engineer is coming out on Thursday

    @virginmedia your company has the worst custermer service that I have ever had in my life. Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone today being cut off and transfered and now on whatsup since 4.15pm until now still waiting to be dealt with. VIRGIN YOU ARE COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

    What a day - our auction for tokens and weights closed today (quite successfully) but we were without WiFi for most of the day - horrendous. Still intermittent. Thank goodness for good neighbours and apart from one operator #Virginmedia sucks!

    @virginmedia As you are aware the issue has arose from the cabinet the engineers need to work on is situated on a building site that our engineers cannot access. Unfortunately as this issue is outwith Virgin Medias control, we cannot compensate for loss of service.

    @virginmedia Nope she did not request it, you sent a bill she paid, u confirmed she paid and was told you wouldn’t re connect it and that she neeeded a new account was put through to sales to be hung up on, hasnt had tv since January worst customer service ive ever come across!!
