    @virginmedia services might have come back as per your update (terrestrial ones) but they’re now not working again. Channels now ‘not authorised’. How about some proper action and updates.

    @virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

    @TheStevieG123 @virginmedia I had a similar issue with EE (plus the phone wasn't a good enough upgrade for the money!) I sent it back within 14 days and got a sim only. 5g prob won't be worthwhile over here for some time yet

    @virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Main TiVo box giving broken/pixelated images. I've checked cables, rebooted etc. Swapped screens & other elements. Calling 150 gets me to a message asking for a mobile number. Takes me to website help. Run through it all again, get msg to call 150 again. On repeat since Saturday.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Your engineers came to install on another property and managed to disconnect me I’m in NW area they knew they did this I told them at the time they said they would fix it and they just left without restoring or knocking to say when they would be back.

    @virginmedia But I haven’t got a call back regarding that either. An engineer turned up yesterday out of the blue when they were booked in for today! He couldn’t fix the problem and said another engineer was going to come today at 8.00am but they turned up at 10.30am! This is not fair
