Jesse Bryce (@jesseb4me) reported from Luton, England@muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia It’s coming up to 3 hours wait on WhatsApp on TOP of 3 hours of phone calls. Do your teams compete for the worst service levels @virginmedia ?

-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia Sorry but the old ‘we don’t have email addresses’ doesn’t work. Everyone does. It’s just company policy not to hand them out. The key issue is that with this level of service, someone should say ‘leave it with us, we’ll look into it and someone will get back to you’ 1/2
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia It’s not specific to me; and to be honest I’m not really bothered. The problem is your marketing 5G phones in areas that don’t have 5G which is affectively mis-selling. Probably something you should look into.
-

Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia @Ofcom - can you help with this situation? As you monitor, telecoms companies; Do you think 3-hours worth of phone calls, being cut off 3 times and 80 minutes on WhatsApp (and counting) is good enough service from @virginmedia just to renew a contract ? #virginmedia
-
LadyKitty McKatfacelady (@ladykittymckat) reported from Datchworth, England@virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Yes, since the day we signed with Virgin we’ve had our broadband drop out intermittently, I’ve been years trying to rectify it. When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

🇺🇦 Clive Davies #FBPE 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇭🇰 (@CliveDaviesUK) reported.@virginmedia So 2 days with no TV, no broadband, no landline and an @o2 mobile with no signal. A fix date of 15th July!!!? Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?
-
LaurenA (@LRNA11) reported@MartinSLewis Another major issue with Virgin Media (and possibly other similar providers) is that they don’t provide customers an option for “No Roll-on” at the end of the contract. Their reminders are puny and twice I got caught with paying almost double monthly rates after contract. 1/
