@virginmedia Yes did speak to the team and the only option open to me was to leave, come back as a new customer (send equipment back etc, place new order) or go to another provider. With those 2 options on the table you can see why I've chosen to leave.

@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. The packages available are always in biased towards the new customer. Friends have contact me today to say the only way to get a good package is to threaten to leave. Which makes me feel like a prize idiot rather than a valued customer.

@virginmedia haven’t had Netflix for weeks. Rang up 4 times. got an engineer date. He didn’t turn up. I had to call AGAIN. Pressed the right buttons yet Waited 40 minutes on hold as your colleague tried to connect me with correct department. Call cut out and You’ve done NOTHING.

Hey @virginmedia - it's me again. Out internet access is still intermittent. We had an engineer last week who checked all our kit and said that the problem is due to contention and affects many people in St Albans (AL1 area) and work is planned to fix it during Feb. 1/2
