@virginmedia If only they could help.. put on hold for 32mins while they investigate, get a different person who doesn’t know anything of the call and I go through the same process. Now telling me engineer was rescheduled for 20th (the original date I was given weeks ago).. Not good enough..

Disgusting @virginmedia charging £56.49 for the most basic crap tv package and phone line. Think they are having my elderly mum on. I'll be cancelling that tomorrow. I pay over £10 less with sky for a better tv package, phone & broadband!

@virginmedia i’ve tried the service status page and our area seems to be fine. i’ve tried rebooting, restarting and all sorts but no luck. i’m not sure what else to do apart from an engineer coming to take a look

Just been on the phone for over an hour to @virginmedia and received awful customer service with the call ending with no resolution to my query. Apparently loyal customers don’t count for anything and it’s just new customers that get the best prices 😡

@virginmedia This was escalated & technician came yesterday, spoke to their manager as contractors need to come back & properly repair fibre cable - promised today/ tomorrow- are they definitely coming as no updates ? 1st reported 12th Dec!!! Only been with you since Oct - service terrible

@virginmedia The online agent said she’d arrange for manager to call us back but we couldn’t wait 72 hours as that would have left us with absolutely no service over Xmas & we have family coming to stay. The engineer who came yesterday said he’d escalated with his manager.

@virginmedia Responded telling me to contact the faults team that I told them I had already spoken to and done the tests with 3 times, and ignored every other part of my complaint about promises broken and the service I received, I was fobbed off on the phone earlier as well
