Imagine being one of the families that have no online access at all, because can’t afford it. Less frustration but what a desert they now inhabit. And govt doesn’t give tinker’s cuss.

    @virginmedia Broadband down. No support, no contact, no service - nothing. I'll have to withhold payment and wait for the threatening phone calls just to speak to someone. You've opened a can of worms now. Wait until I turn up at HQ, then try and avoid me. See you soon

    @virginmedia @LutzSchueler every time it reaches the date given to when it’ll be fixed! We get told it’ll be another week. You need to put your engineers on this full time and stop taking them off for other jobs. This is from your engineers. Almost 1 month without service
