@virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

@virginmedia for 3rd time short gap in time my service is showing w02 with repairs just up the road .for the prices i pay i shouldnt pay full service when disrupted so much .a text saying you are doing repairs no good to a 2 year old waiting for peppa pig

@virginmedia your customer service is unbelievably pathetic. You think paying me £50 discount will resolve my contempt for your service, well it won’t. It took you 6 weeks before anyone even contacted me. I pay for 300 meg WiFi, I’m lucky if I get 20.

@virginmedia I was meant to be WFH but had to take a holiday instead due to the farce that is Virgin Media. You have to have reported the issue and be without service for 48 hours before you can be entitled to £8.40 per day. A complete joke.
