@virginmedia broadband keeps cutting out, intermittently for days now. Done all the checks, connections etc fine. Turned off & on many times. The online diagnostic test says there's no problem but THERE IS & MY INTERNET IS UNUSABLE! Please advise ASAP.

Update on @virginmedia..no reply from. Last weeks complaint.. On going. Yet email from VM threatening me with charges... Ring again... Fobbing off denies can accept complaint I am to read procedure... Loose it ask for manager wait 10mins on hold cuts me off 1 of 2

@virginmedia It took 4hrs getting nowhere 2.5 in last 12 hours finally got UK... 🇵🇭 Better than Indian call centres..3rd company in 12 m with Indian call centres where there are serious problems... We need to bring all these jobs back to UK. Finally sorted but @virginmedia is 4 the birds

Can’t believe that getting a home broadband in London is such a pain in the neck! @virginmedia said they don’t offer the service at my building while they didn’t even bother to call me back and inform me, I waited 10 minutes on the line to hear this shit from them!

@virginmedia It was for landline and broadband. After hanging on for 25 minutes I gave up and put the phone down. You are currently charging me £59 a month whereas Sky have offered me a package for £26 a month

@virginmedia I have now been waiting for 17 days for the outcome of my case. I was told it was a 3 day wait. I have had the new provider in for installation and my bill date for you is edging closer. I’ve had your phone reps hang up on me when they were unable to provide answers.

@virginmedia I was told about street works for over 2 months and each time being told a new excuse about, cust service rep last Wed confirmed eng booked for the work to find, come Monday when my install was not done got no update until I called a formal complaint with @Ofcom going in today

@virginmedia They said that the 14 day cancellation period is only available to new customers and that I’d been a customer for 17 years so I couldn’t cancel. The only reason I went ahead with the new contract is for that very reason! Yes a case has been raised but no response. Waiting 17 days
