Very disappointed with @virginmedia. Was offered a new price for a monthly deal on TV & broadband this morning. It was not activated. When I called back, was told that the deal didn't exist and wouldn't be given. The call was recorded! Abysmal customer service. Cancelled.

@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

Disgusting @virginmedia charging £56.49 for the most basic crap tv package and phone line. Think they are having my elderly mum on. I'll be cancelling that tomorrow. I pay over £10 less with sky for a better tv package, phone & broadband!

@virginmedia Hi @vmbusiness the service has been down for over 24 hours and cust services have been able to give us very little info and keep extending the estimated reconnection time. We have also had to pay elsewhere for a costly (slow) temp 4G modem and connection due to this.
