If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesn’t work and hasn’t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

Bec (@LeB00) reported@virginmedia An engineer was booked to attend today and yet again they have not turned up. This is the 6th appointment where no engineer has turned up. A complaint was raised on the 7th Jun and still hasn’t beeen acknowledged within the 48hrs inline with your own policy.

The posting of cards through letterboxes is what most of them do instead. I have the same problem. At least you were not disturbed by the hard sell.
