In the last two months Virgin Media have: "upgraded" our WiFi to 5GHz, which has come with more periodical loss of signal than experienced the previous five years lost two phones they've sent me And I guess thrown their founder into space???

@virginmedia Yes there are known faults and have been known faults in and off since last Friday. So called fixes are temporary as I have said. You clearly have a much bigger issue
