    @virginmedia how come when you want to cancel your subscription, after 2 days calling you, no reply, yet if I want to join virgin you answer within 2 rings. Now in a WhatsApp chat, since 3pm and still nobody has replied, but been passed from pillar to post! #frustrating

    @virginmedia service status on your website is not correct for the N9 area. The site says no issues but CS line confirms there are issues and engineers are working on it. No useable broadband since Friday. Will we get refunds and what's the ETA on a fix?

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Yes, since the day we signed with Virgin we’ve had our broadband drop out intermittently, I’ve been years trying to rectify it. When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

    @virginmedia So @virginmedia my contract has finally been resolved. 3 hours of phone calls in 24-hrs (including phone being cut off 3 times) 6 hours of WhatsApp Failure to honour contract offers. Shambles of a company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. #virginmedia #fail

    Cheers @virginmedia, I finally get to sit down to watch some TV after being on the go for the past 17 hours to find network errors with my V6 box followed by a huge update. I really enjoy spending what little time I have in the evening rebooting and unplugging cables #frustrated

    @virginmedia So @virginmedia what do I do when your phone team tells me they can’t do anything and it’s down to the WhatsApp team who don’t do anything ? What is the next turn? I have a contract offer I want to accept but can’t ?

    Millions of mobile phone users face data rationing and price hikes after Rachel Reeves excluded telecoms firms from a major energy discount scheme. Chancellor Reeves left VodafoneThree, Virgin Media O2 and EE out of the British Industrial Competitiveness Scheme which gives a 25% cut on electricity bills to thousands of other businesses. Telecoms firms are now facing full 33% energy price rises triggered by the Iran war and are drawing up emergency plans including slowing speeds, restricting data during peak times and charging premiums for heavy usage. One network warned up to 9,000 jobs could be at risk and 5G rollout plans shelved. VodafoneThree said it is “disappointed” and urged the Government to protect the critical digital networks the country depends on. Virgin Media O2 added that if the Government wants growth it cannot overlook the networks Britain relies on.

    @virginmedia Called vm as much use as chocolate frying pan , same thing every time pinhole reset ,we need engineer at your house, and no problem 20 visits last year 2 in last 3 weeks , faulty Internet for 11 years , retention team tomorrow

    @virginmedia Yes. Eventually got through via chat to a real person. They advised a factory reset of hub which is a complete pain to set back up and it made no difference. Engineer arranged to come today. I also raised a formal complaint. Mysteriously it’s working two hours later.

    @virginmedia You bill me for a paper bill £1.75 raised the issue feb 25th 2025 to which you promised a credit of £10 this never happened and have then continued to bill me on paper bill at £1.75 for 14 months, all chat logs have been kept, then tried to offer me £15 credit in total

    @virginmedia it’s now been an hour since the promised call from you. Given we have been without broadband & TV since Friday I would have thought you would make it a priority. Seems Virgin doesn’t care about its customers. Happy to take money whilst delivering no service
