    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

    @virginmedia So after getting an engineer visit finally today, comes, says fixed, 10mins later broadbanddrops again. Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

    @virginmedia Think the menu options are slightly different on the 360 software but I found network diagnostics and signal quality is “Good” and connection speed is “high”. Does that help?

    2. She has spent hours of her time trying to get somewhere on the phone and doesn’t get anywhere! Spent all of yesterday on watsapp and the guy just avoided her question the told her to phone! I almost joined virgin media but you know what your service is a pure joke

    @virginmedia Hi. 2 V6 boxes, 1 ethernet, the other wireless.When trying to watch recorded shows on the wireless box, I get V401 error. Rebooting the router solves the problem for a day. Swapped boxes round, the same happens. Any fix for this? Wireless box works fine otherwise.
