    Thanks @virginmedia for charging us a disconnection fee of £230 after being told we wouldn't need to pay a fee on the phone. Despite the fact we are being kicked out of our house and you don't provide service in our new area. Really classy move.

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    @virginmedia Whenever I have tried to call that number I can’t get through because I don’t have a VM home phone number/account number, meaning I cannot get this problem sorted.

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @virginmedia is it common practice to lie? Myself and my neighbours have been without internet and tv services for nearly 2 days. We have been told an engineer is on site but time to fix keeps getting extended. Neighbour calls to follow up and is told ..1/2

    @spenjflairs @jayrayner1 @virginmedia Virgin don’t use BT cabling, they have their own network. They use to many years ago but stopped doing it so any problems with Virgin Broadband is theirs to fix.

    @virginmedia What do I have to do to get ANY sort of service from you. For 3mths, we have had WiFi outages at LEAST 10 times a day. Whenever I call, the engineers are working on it!!!! 3 MONTHS!!!!

    @virginmedia I will...but which option to follow? It is not a fault (and you have to do that silly automated service check, causing the firmware-faulted Hub4 to reboot). Just want to speak to a person and avoid that waste of 30mins and 2 phone calls. Cheera

    @virginmedia I downgraded my package in January,but it was not implemented from your end ! Hence why I get charged double/triple every month until I call customer care and explain the story ( every MONTH) I have been your customer for past 15 years ! Customer care won’t resolve the issue
