@virginmedia Ok so says issue now fixed could tell they were working on it as lost tv and then internet came back for 5 mins, but now no internet again? So issue not fixed can you contact the engineer working on it to say not fixed ASAP please

Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

@virginmedia I couldn’t check the ‘status’ page because our mobile signal (from O2) was also so poor. The Virgin problem seemed to fix itself later and now seems ok. Thanks

@virginmedia please can you share an email address for complaints. I have not had my issues resolved and there is only a postal address. (Which I assume isn’t monitored due to Covid) I am also sending the same complaint to Ofcom and CISAS.

@virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

Does anyone know of a service worse than @virginmedia? Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

@virginmedia If I remember correctly, he was supposed to come back with a ladder to check the cables outside the building. The connection goes down on all the devices at the same time.

@KirstenClareA @virginmedia FAFFS. It used to be so good. I’ve been a customer for 8+ years. It’s so so appalling now. All of their tech is really old and dysfunctional. They just aren’t investing or keeping up. It’s not good enough. So many other providers to choose from now.

@virginmedia Service page says fault with TV AGAIN. There is also no wifi since on Monday but it says service is fine. Virgin is really bad. It's been so intermittent since last year. Now its been off since Monday
