    @virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

    @virginmedia Ok so says issue now fixed could tell they were working on it as lost tv and then internet came back for 5 mins, but now no internet again? So issue not fixed can you contact the engineer working on it to say not fixed ASAP please

    @virginmedia Service calls from a wifi router which is misbehaving. It isn’t clear to me that the operators are actually changing the record to prevent further calls. The number called is 01992#411972# but I have been called multiple times from 0161, 01582 and 01494 numbers. College IT told

    Does anyone know of a service worse than @virginmedia? Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

    @Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. We had a technician out over 5 weeks ago to check the landline. He told us the cable in the road was damaged and it would take 10 days to fix. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since and can’t get through to your customer services.

    @virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

    @virginmedia Spent over 3 hours on WhatsApp after 2 hours on live chat and told complaint would be raised and another engineer sent. I said I wasn’t happy with just another engineer when last one didn’t help and I wanted to complain and be compensated for such poor service for a lot of money

    @virginmedia No issues picked up on the test, but it's clearly some sort of upload speed issue in the area - all devices are affected and coincidentally it started just at peak time...

    @virginmedia Had 100mbps for years and worked fine all through covid with everyone in house. Renewal time and offered boost for same price, then boosted again and ever since nothing but problems and wife has to work at home using phone data as can’t handle it. Had engineer out, no diff!

    @virginmedia This is for a failed transfer of our internet/TV package/services following a house move. For 6 months virgin failed to connect the service, despite many cancelled and incomplete visits.

    @virginmedia When I eventually got through, they wanted to know which adapter was needed. Maybe sending one out with the new hubs would be a fine plan! However in the end decided to cancel ‘landline’ as it wouldn’t be a land line anymore just a VOIP.

    Is @virginmedia the worst #phone company? Promised a phone adaptor last year as landline would be switched to fibre network 20th Jan. It never arrived. Landline no longer works. Spent 1 hour on phone tonight. Customer disservice kept hanging up. How difficult can it be to sort?

    @virginmedia An engineer is booked in for 2 weeks time the girl that came out is called Chloe she is the same girl that couldn't sort problem last time and I sorted it myself she turned up this time again can't sort it so booked a rewire on cable (not sure why)
