    Honestly getting fed up with @virginmedia now. Had a great service for 12 years at my last property, nothing but problems since I’ve moved. Currently have no TV or internet service, can’t be fixed remotely so I have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer.

    @virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

    @VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia 3rd night running I sit down to use internet and 3rd night it’s not working! Turn on/off router, follow every online advice, phone call centre who say it’s a short term issue when I get through! I rely on internet access in eve to carry out work. Unacceptable!

    @natwallbank @virginmedia Used them years ago and never again. Oversaturated in student areas and bandwidth/latency is a gamble. Don't get me started on the router firmware issues too!

    @virginmedia The text thread seems to be sending me through a loop - I get connected with, the no doubt very helpful, Terri the Triage Bot, but it never connects me to an advisor, it just resends me the triage links then starts the process. Tried all afternoon but never heard back.

    @virginmedia After waiting 45mins I finally got to speak to someone but had to argue with them to get my services restored. But thankfully I now have phone, internet and tv . But the customer service has to massively improve

    @virginmedia Just did that now, “No network issue found”. Seems too coincidental that after the outage yesterday then the engineers appeared that it’s suddenly an issue.

    @virginmedia was kind enough to admit that upload speeds of 0.01mbps are not a complete loss of service, merely an "outage" - an entirely different proposition. I've made a complaint, but since no-one knows when manager 'Gavin' will even be WORKING I won't hold my breath for his call back.
