When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

The group had accused the publisher of unlawful information gathering - claims it denied.   @TheWho87 @virginmedia We done the same. Said something about "five days" on the packaging, but dismissed it. Within the week, box went down, so had to start using the new remote, thereby losing everything, including some much-looked at sport from the "deleted" file. That file is non-existent now.
