@virginmedia It took 4hrs getting nowhere 2.5 in last 12 hours finally got UK... 🇵🇭 Better than Indian call centres..3rd company in 12 m with Indian call centres where there are serious problems... We need to bring all these jobs back to UK. Finally sorted but @virginmedia is 4 the birds

@virginmedia If only they could help.. put on hold for 32mins while they investigate, get a different person who doesn’t know anything of the call and I go through the same process. Now telling me engineer was rescheduled for 20th (the original date I was given weeks ago).. Not good enough..

@virginmedia Well it’s so good to know you look after your staff but your customers come second. It’s customers that keep a company going . I would not ever recommend you to anyone. I will look into cancelling my contract as you have broken your price promise and have defaulted on it.

@AlexSiddle @virginmedia We’re in the same boat as you, install has been delayed and no one seems to want to provide real help. I was offered a sim from VM to hotspot from, but it only comes with 40GB of data, which in the age of working from home, will only last a couple of days.
