    @VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

    @virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

    @virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

    @virginmedia So what use are yous on here then? Your support team lied to me about being in contract when I 100% wasn't, **** themselves as soon as I asked for a copy of the call recording and blind transfered me through to the retention team who signed me up to a more expensive deal.

    @virginmedia Why are you so slow at giving money back after your mistake. 4th promise of refund of £80 back to my virgin account has not been done. Shocked ? Not at all. This is nothing new with this company.
