Absolutely disgusted that @virginmedia feels it’s ok to cancel installing my nans landline not once but twice and give a new installation date of 10th September. For a landline she desperately needs for an emergency pendant.

@virginmedia why does my TiVo box only record partial programmes? So annoying to sit down to watch a film to find it’s only recorded 28 minutes 😡I have two boxes and it happens on both. Why am I paying for a non-service? This needs to be fixed ASAP

@virginmedia really poor customer service. My sister died, I kept her broadband for her lodgers. Months later, house is sold and I’m told I should have returned the router. £40 fee. I live 200 miles away and I’m not psychic! You never told me about this at the time.

@virginmedia Yep. Rebooted. Had all the wires out and in etc. all the normal stuff that usually works. The wifi is down, however if I use a cable into the route I can connect.

@virginmedia Leave Virgin. My monthly bill has gone from £52 to £112 for exactly the same service. Tried calling but can’t speak to anyone. Total rubbish. Senior manager refuse to come to phone or call you back. Maybe this will work and someone senior will get in contact

@virginmedia Yes I managed to cancel the contract. The service will stop in 30 days, or at least that is the promise given that it seems you cut me off right away and now I’m without internet.
