    Absolutely disgusted that @virginmedia feels it’s ok to cancel installing my nans landline not once but twice and give a new installation date of 10th September. For a landline she desperately needs for an emergency pendant.

    @virginmedia 45 minutes without Internet this morning? Had new hub fitted and still experiencing issues. Can only check service status online but you actually have to have an Internet connection to be able to do that!

    @heidistephens Totally agree. They are all like this. Virgin media tried to double my bill so I rang up to cancel and then it went back to the same price it was. Aside from the hassle I think the people who get most stung by this are the elderly. It’s immoral I think.

    @virginmedia U called me yesterday to tell me my price is going up on 25/2 from £44 to £64 plus an annual increase to £68 I said I can’t afford it so u offered me a package for £76 then £71- u then ended the call leaving me distressed now I can’t get in contact with u 2 cancel!?
