Your customer services say there is a fault in the area CM23 but locals are reporting their services work. Earliest an engineer can come is Wednesday which would be a nightmare for us. What is going on please?

She just said it's not working after we tried to scan twice amd she tried typing in then numbers so both ways..she didn't know why and told me to contact 02 but that's why she gave me the receipt.
