    Soooo the supposed cancelled hub from @virginmedia did turn up hurrah.... 2 hours latter... Its a dud clearly a recon that's not not recon'd... Poor swrvi e luckily I wouldn't let the laims lady cancel we'd delivery yesterday... Oh BTW she never rang back again how unsual😡

    @virginmedia It took 4hrs getting nowhere 2.5 in last 12 hours finally got UK... 🇵🇭 Better than Indian call centres..3rd company in 12 m with Indian call centres where there are serious problems... We need to bring all these jobs back to UK. Finally sorted but @virginmedia is 4 the birds

    So over joyed we had Internet... 1st day I get to test and. Yep ping test proves getting less than 33% of my paid for service. One of 2 options. 1 @virginmedia are screwing up again (occurs often) or 2. The Hub 3 still has xesign/systems faults.. Last time replaced with hub 2.5

    @Virginmedia Trying to return old router to you to avoid being charged. told by phone CS to turn up to specific yodel pickup point and they will handle everything from packaging to label - complete crap - shop had no idea what to do without a box or QR code.

    @virginmedia for the past three days our tv has been glitchy again. The service checker says there isn’t a problem. I’ve tried restarting etc, still doesn’t fix the problem. It’s on a random assortment of channels.
