@virginmedia Hi john, no there isn’t. All status pages and troubleshooter told me it was my devices at fault not the network, yet your colleague told me on phone it was an ‘area issue’ (unclear where) and would not say more other than 5-7day interruption. Can you DM me for my phone number?

@virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

@virginmedia this is torture. Second day trying to get through to someone about landline fault. Hold music is excruciatingly annoying.... 25 mins so far today, no answer. Yesterday I could only handle 35 mins. I don’t want to listen daily to this awful music loop with no results

@virginmedia They pay by direct debit every month and the account is all up to date so definitely not that. The problem when you call customer services is that it’s quite a long process to actually speak to someone and my elderly parents aren’t great with using the automated system.

ok @virginmedia this is day 4 of "intermittent' service only one of which I knew about for updates. I've done all the reboots spoken to a friendly person but really to hear it's going to be another 2 days when it's been impossible to get any work done is a bit much.

@kendallrowanx Never had any issues with BT. But I used to always have issues with Virgin Media, both in terms of reliability and the fact that they'd randomly up the price without notifying you hoping you wouldn't notice. Happened at three different addresses in three different towns/ cities.
