    @virginmedia I had an email Monday saying i was due a refund but there was a problem with my information and to click on the link ! Of course i deleted the email as it was obviously not from Virgin media , they got my regon code rong as well as not using my name on the email !

    Hi @virginmedia, very disappointed with customer services who haven’t dealt with a recent complaint. Due to aggressive selling & poor communication, I am potentially trapped in an 18-month contract even though I am moving to an area to which I am unable to transfer my services.

    But I am now in a situation where I am set to move on 29 Jan 2021. I tried to give notice weeks ago but, due to customer service failings, could now incur disconnection charges. I would welcome a response as soon as possible before I escalate this matter, @virginmedia.
