    @virginmedia Ongoing issues; On ZOOM lag issue. On Netflix during viewing stops, whirls and often crashes. Day to day work, slow load on web browsers, crashes daily even with Ethernet run to office in house. Upgraded recently now £114 a month and still awful WiFi. How do I cancel my contract?

    @virginmedia you have one hour to respond with a solution. 5 - hours spent on call centres 3 - failed outdoor pre-installations. 2 - failed indoor wifi installations. 1st - time customer. This how you treat customers? No solution today, fine, I’ll go with @skytv

    @katerussell Virgin Media support once told me that 2 days of no service were because “accidents happen”. I immediately switched to another broadband provider and will never go back to Virgin.

    @virginmedia Hi, When trying to watch anything “on demand” it continuously crashes, and we get a variety of error codes, and anything HD, doesn’t load at all. My 2nd box doesn’t work, it just stays on the start up page with the circle spinning. We have pretty much lost wifi upstairs. Help!

    @virginmedia No apparently there are ongoing issues in my area Cm5 9az which you are hoping to resolved by the 5th but not definite i just wish you would inform customers when these faults occur rather than us chasing you up

    @virginmedia Made an official complaint as I was without broadband for FOUR days in January in the UB5 area Your resolution team's reply was it's working now.. No compensation, no explanation...Given a number to complain within 28 days that went dead when I rang it..Please DM me for details

    @virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

    @virginmedia I want to use your app, I really do but I can’t create an account as my acc no (as found on top right of my paper bill) is only 8 digits. And not the 9 you require. Why is using your service so difficult? And my internet connection so rubbish? PS. I can count!

    @SandraGillett1 @virginmedia Sadly Virgin Media will not do anything of lasting effect, Sandra! I bet they will tell you “we’ve upgraded you/your speed” or similar to keep you from leaving but give it a month, you’ll be back to the same problems. Virgin are actually a joke & liars at this point.

    @virginmedia It is not an area issue. How many times must I repeat this? Uour engineer broke it while he was splitting my Internet connection to share with next door. He was rude to me and said it would be OK then went away without checking that it was switched on.

    Love that @virginmedia have helpfully sent us some lovely packing boxes to return their boxes! I’m going to go to the exact same amount of effort to return them as they have to restore our service! Called on Saturday, told 72 hours and 120 hours later, still not happened!!!!

    @SandraGillett1 @virginmedia Truth is that @virginmedia only care for money, not great service. Their focus is on attracting new customers. I’ve had similar customer service problems as you multiple times, it’s just their way of dodging responsibility/accountability for the fact their service is awful :(

    @virginmedia Yeah no luck there. Wifi has always been terrible no matter how many times someones come to check. Been using a wired connection for years but this new pc doesn't recognise the ethernet cable, if it did this wouldn't be much of a problem.
