    @virginmedia I have received a virtual engineer call this morning. Apparently there is an issue in the area. There is no notification on the app to say this though.

    @virginmedia Ok thanks. No I've used it for a long time. I use cafe nero every week for a free coffee. So I know how it all works. The app tells us to call 02 for help. But they just tell me I should not use it if not an 02 customer.

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @virginmedia So after getting an engineer visit finally today, comes, says fixed, 10mins later broadbanddrops again. Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

    @virginmedia Think the menu options are slightly different on the 360 software but I found network diagnostics and signal quality is “Good” and connection speed is “high”. Does that help?

    @virginmedia That I still need to have an engineer attend. I keep getting mixed messages! Had to book one for next Saturday. Potentially that could be 2 weeks without a full service

    @virginmedia your company has the worst custermer service that I have ever had in my life. Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone today being cut off and transfered and now on whatsup since 4.15pm until now still waiting to be dealt with. VIRGIN YOU ARE COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

    @virginmedia It was def.used within time scale. She just said it's not working after we tried to scan twice amd she tried typing in then numbers so both ways..she didn't know why and told me to contact 02 but that's why she gave me the receipt.

    @virginmedia yep my jaw is on the floor at how much you charge for such a **** service. My son is trying to fill@out an online application for a job and the signal keeps dropping so has to start again every time. Only 10ft from router on a 600 line. Not that you care

    @virginmedia I’ve lost all hope and trust in VM. When you try to help, you ask me to chat on another platform which I can’t access. So can’t get it sorted. I will have to go back to old company, it’s silly having no WiFi for £62 a month (internet only).

    Long week at work, sit down to watch TV and all our @virginmedia services are down. Service status says good, followed web advice still no service. Phone line diagnostic says there’s no fault...but it’s not working!!!!!!!aaargh
