Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

You think paying me £50 discount will resolve my contempt for your service, well it won’t. It took you 6 weeks before anyone even contacted me. I pay for 300 meg WiFi, I’m lucky if I get 20.

I’ve just tried to book a service call only to be told I can’t as they are doing work on our area and it will automatically get cancelled. It’s been bad for a year now!!!!

He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?
