    Absolutely disgusted that @virginmedia feels it’s ok to cancel installing my nans landline not once but twice and give a new installation date of 10th September. For a landline she desperately needs for an emergency pendant.

    @DeeRockUK @virginmedia Yeah I had this issue with them had to change my package to vivid gamer do they didn't throttle my upload speed. They have changed the package named since not sure what it's called now.

    @virginmedia why does my TiVo box only record partial programmes? So annoying to sit down to watch a film to find it’s only recorded 28 minutes 😡I have two boxes and it happens on both. Why am I paying for a non-service? This needs to be fixed ASAP

    @virginmedia Not in my area no but I done internet speed tests on 3 different computers and it came out as 0.17 download speed when I’m paying for 100+ also getting awful long spikes

    @GarethGrump_71 @virginmedia Their customer care leaves a lot to be desired. We’re on a “ultrafast” package, guaranteed speeds of 300mbps, in the 18 months we’ve been with them we’ve barely gone over 100. Awful.

Shocking experience I've gone from a 5star customer to absolutely despising your company. Re: Customer Service - Whatsapp & Phone service terrible and I'm still not cancelled!

    @virginmedia Yes no issues. Assumed it was updating. Came back last night so cancelled the engineer this morning only for it to go back off now!! How does this keep happening?!
