    @SteFitz69 @virginmedia If they admit there's an issue then they have to do something about it. We've been having issues for 11 hours. I've been on WhatsApp with them all day. I've asked 4 times for it to be logged what time I started experiencing issues. It still hasn't. Thank God for screenshots
