@DeeRockUK @virginmedia Yeah I had this issue with them had to change my package to vivid gamer do they didn't throttle my upload speed. They have changed the package named since not sure what it's called now.

Absolutely disgusted that @virginmedia feels it’s ok to cancel installing my nans landline not once but twice and give a new installation date of 10th September. For a landline she desperately needs for an emergency pendant.

@virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

@virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

@virginmedia No resolutions at all because it's only an online problem. He doesn't have a tv at the moment. No, he hasn't as we thought this cold be easily sorted. It's completely weird for the streaming to suddenly be so poor when it's been fine for 3 years! Cannot work out the problem.
