    @virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

    @virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

    @virginmedia At the moment I’m going to hold tight and take the advise of my text message rather than chase around for internet provision all day. I’m just hopeful there’ll be some sort of compensation for the service that’s not being provided.

    @VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

    @virginmedia I’m afraid that’s not what we’D been told. We were told the port would bring our number and notify old provider that we were moving. We’ve been installed but nothing is working/connected. Apparently a part is missing (?) so no idea how long until a fix and supposed to be WFH

    Less than promising start with @virginmedia they’ve put the port in migration too early and cut us of from old provider and went to switch us but can’t . No internet most of the PM and looking like same tomorrow at least. We were *promised* no interrupt to service.

    @virginmedia Today. It was supposed to be all finished by 6pm with no interruptions to service. Our internet with old provider seems to have been cut of at 4pm and nothing since. Apparently fault on the street? Assumed this would have been checked before port out.
