    @virginmedia Hi there. We have no broadband or TV services. Your customer services say there is a fault in the area CM23 but locals are reporting their services work. Earliest an engineer can come is Wednesday which would be a nightmare for us. What is going on please?

    If there’s a company whose ‘welcome to…’ message when you call them is more hollow and meaningless than @virginmedia I’d be surprised. The depth of their customer ‘service’ crapness must be witnessed to be believed. Expect that to witness it is to lose years off your life.

    @virginmedia Think the menu options are slightly different on the 360 software but I found network diagnostics and signal quality is “Good” and connection speed is “high”. Does that help?

    @virginmedia Ongoing issues; On ZOOM lag issue. On Netflix during viewing stops, whirls and often crashes. Day to day work, slow load on web browsers, crashes daily even with Ethernet run to office in house. Upgraded recently now £114 a month and still awful WiFi. How do I cancel my contract?

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @tonymc39 @virginmedia Same here when we moved house. They didn't have virgin media in the area we moved to but still insisted on charging me for the remaining 6 months of the contract. I'll never use them again. The trick is with any of these suppliers just go basic to start with.

    @tonymc39 @virginmedia Totally agree! We were charged even after we cancelled though so make sure you cancel your DD otherwise it will be more hours of your life you won't get back trying to retrieve the money!

    @virginmedia please advise the email address for complaints? Had the worst call with one of your advisors who had no idea what he was doing and has now renewed a contract I didn’t want renewing and told me because he renewed it I have to wait to cancel it. Not ok.
