    @virginmedia Yes did speak to the team and the only option open to me was to leave, come back as a new customer (send equipment back etc, place new order) or go to another provider. With those 2 options on the table you can see why I've chosen to leave.

    @virginmedia No I had to hang up whilst on hold for another dept, we have part service back in that we now have our channels that we subscribe to, however we still don’t have our on demand or catch up services..

    @virginmedia had an engineer out this morning to fit new box in the bedroom, the box didn’t come with a remote, so the guy left us a spare he had on him, and it won’t connect to the box, I’ve tried all help sites

    @virginmedia Agreed to pay £41 for 18 months and because of the history of my account absolutely no hidden or extra charges. It come through with 35 additional cost. Called up. Phone down. Requested a call back from manager which 3 belled me put the phone down. I want a manager call back.
