@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia I have been without an effective phone service since signing up with Virgin. Landline is far too expensive to make calls and the mobile service is worse than useless. Apparently I am to receive a new SIM card. Don't hold out much help for that but will give it a try.

@virginmedia Evo spoken to at VM incl techs confirm what I say to be true. Complaint letter said no grounds for compensation. That is denial of LoS. Unsure how they concl this when VM laid new cable before could restore. FOI info from council will confim.
