    @virginmedia If only they could help.. put on hold for 32mins while they investigate, get a different person who doesn’t know anything of the call and I go through the same process. Now telling me engineer was rescheduled for 20th (the original date I was given weeks ago).. Not good enough..

    @VirginMedia Getting seriously pissed off with your call centre.. Landline fault, I have to call on my mobile to find out status after engineer visit, told you are running a new cable on 20th and then you hang up on me when I query the delay.. and not for the first time..

    @virginmedia It took 4hrs getting nowhere 2.5 in last 12 hours finally got UK... 🇵🇭 Better than Indian call centres..3rd company in 12 m with Indian call centres where there are serious problems... We need to bring all these jobs back to UK. Finally sorted but @virginmedia is 4 the birds

    @virginmedia The complaint was raised 21st July. You asked me to respond but nowhere on your "my account" section are you able to do that. Callback required as I said initially, I have called and failed to reach a target, bit like virgin and cust service basics!!!!! Missed every time!!!!

    @virginmedia Not really... I've already spent 13+ hours on the phone to Customer Service & other departments over past 2 weeks, raised 2 written complaints & just explained it again here. If the latest team looking into it haven't fixed it by tomorrow, I'm just switching provider. Thanks tho

    If you want to speak to someone who actually listens and deals with a complaint instead of giving absolute bollocks over every channel imaginable at @virginmedia call and speak to Tarannum . She knows what customer service is and should be promoted

    @virginmedia I called Virgin to check what is happening and they said it was rescheduled for the 25th of August. They call dropped and 2 calls later they gave me another date for 5th of September. Unfortunately as this issue has been ongoing since the 15th of July I have lost all faith

    @110218_fle4gle @virginmedia Don’t hold your breathe . After six days of nonsense and lies . I’ve had the issue sorted in half an hour by Tarannum in there call centre . Ask to speak to her . The social media team are a pack of liars and set up non existent web chats (not just today )
