@virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.
-
The silver goat 🐐 (@groovyblueshed) reported from Enfield Lock, England
@virginmedia Yes, but that process took 81 minutes, without having spoken to anyone who could deal with my problems. It's been the third attempt at talking with Virgin too.

@virginmedia Started chat at 16:44 Had to end 18:05 for hospital treatment to be done. In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.

@virginmedia can you tell me why we had internet issues for the last three days which are now solved, but I still cannot get Netflix, iPlayer, Amazon prime video or Now Tv. I am sick of paying for extra tv services I cannot access. Would you like to refund me for these days?
-
Lucy Hunte (@HunteLucy) reported from London, England
@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

The silver goat 🐐 (@groovyblueshed) reported from Enfield Lock, England
@virginmedia Thanks but tbh I'm just being directed round in circles and this is a big part of the problem in trying to deal with what should be a simple issue to deal with.

@katerussell @virginmedia I found the contract page. It says I don't have one! Well, not one in a digital format. I am on M200 which should be 20mbs upload and the maximum I have seen is 12mbps. I am paying the same per month as the M500 is as a new customer. Time for them to upgrade me or charge less.
