@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

I recommend to everyone that they stop using @virginmedia as they are such a large uncaring company. So whilst a former customer is grieving for the loss of a parent they call up to say that former customer must still pay the early disconnection fee, wow well done @virginmedia
