    @virginmedia customer service is shocking, no Broadband or TV and when you call to find out an update you get a recorded messsge “Sorry lines are busy please try later” or try another service provider.

    @O2 hi there. For some reason for the past couple of days there seems to be a fault with either my signal or phone. I'll be on facetime and the call drops and I end up with no signal so I try to connect to WiFi and it still won't work. My wifi provider is virgin media

    @GazTheJourno I have seen this happen several times now, and unfortunately the ISPs tend to be unhelpful during the attack (especially @virginmedia, who offer a DDoS mitigation service that is completely unaffordable for schools, but they won't help unless you buy it).

    @virginmedia Dreadful customer service. Now onto my 7th call having accepted a new deal which according to phone centre staff hasn’t been set up BUT you have sent SIM card which is part of the deal. Also every call takes at least 45 minutes . Been a customer 16 years.
