@repeatall @virginmedia And when you do pick up the phone, and put somebody through to customer services, and they wait for 30 minutes to speak to CS, why is it not CS on the phone?? But some poor lad who cannot help because he’s not working in CS and can’t transfer the call. Frauds and criminals

@virginmedia I have spent 30 mins on a call and got nowhere, explained that issue is not speed but the reach of my wifi. solution offered was to increase the speed to 200mb and obviously pay more, cant see how that is a solution. Next call to Virgin will most likely be to cancel

@virginmedia I’ve been calling your Virgin team and everyday I call I get told that the outage will be resolved and Wi-Fi will be back on whatever date and it never comes back. I called yesterday and was told that Wi-Fi will be back yesterday at 6pm. It’s today and 15:38 and still no Wi-Fi.l

@virginmedia The problem is not changing prices (e.g. putting price up or down) but Automatic Annual Increase (no decision) that are high them RPI by 3% that part is not fair. Helping to cause RPI to go higher. I am a happy Virgin Media customer, but companies need to help to lower inflation
