@virginmedia have had intermittent issues for over a month now, every time I go down the route of reporting the issue it just says wait 24 hours. How can I speak to someone about this as the phone number never gets me to a person?

@virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

@virginmedia The issue has now been resolved just after my tweet, I was just very angry at the time. Thank you though for responding.

@virginmedia hi, received my new phone. Except there’s no 4G/5G showing up even though I can send messages, go on social media and I can’t access sky bet. Is there any solution to this?

@virginmedia service status on your website is not correct for the N9 area. The site says no issues but CS line confirms there are issues and engineers are working on it. No useable broadband since Friday. Will we get refunds and what's the ETA on a fix?

@virginmedia Still cutting in and out as it has been for many weeks… no local area issues listed anywhere. Have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks now but just keeps looping in the app, really frustrating

@Whiskey_Mick @virginmedia We’ve just had the same experience - waited 8 days. Not a word from them. Not a human spoken to. If I had another choice I’d drop them. 0/10 for customer service.

@scribblercat @virginmedia The frequency of posts like this is why I'll never leave BT. IME, they're reliable and I care about that far more than speed, price, etc.

@virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isn’t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. I’m not gonna pay my bills with no phone…

@virginmedia I contacted customer services for an update on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was informed by your Twitter account I wouldn’t need to send my current phone back until I receive my new one. I was then informed by the gentleman on the phone my new phone won’t be sent until I send this

@virginmedia Yes, they are known issues; but they haven’t been fixed in over a month! Every day the message keeps changing. Thursday the promise is to have things fixed by Friday, Friday it moves to Monday aso… It’s been like this for a month 🤯 We work from home; we need decent broadband.

@virginmedia Right… in the meantime I trust you won’t charge us. No service should at least mean no pay. If not also a bonus for the disruption and the frustration caused 😑

A new low, even for Virgin Media. Connection drops, and the service status check is replaced by a holding page that suggests cool new features are coming. Maybe one of them will be a reliable connection?

@virginmedia For starters the automated messages tells me “it’s a really complex issue”. Like you think I’m too stupid so you’re not even attempting to explain it. That needs to stop. Unless what you’re saying is that even your engineers haven’t got a clue.
