@simon_tabor @virginmedia My Virgin TV hasn’t been working since the 29th of July. They’ve “sent” 3 technicians, none of them have made it here. this is hands down the worst run service provider, with unethical, unhelpful customer service teams.

@virginmedia There’s been no resolution whatsoever. And I’ve called 4/5 times a week since the 29th and have waited nothing less than 50 minutes to be given a run around. If I’m receiving half a service surely I could pay half my bill?

@virginmedia I can’t seem to get through to speak to anyone to assist with an ongoing issue we have with our TV service. For over a week when trying to watch TV the picture is distorted/pixelated. The only time I can watch a clear picture is when I watch Netflix.

@MediaLow_down @virginmedia Not yet! Hope they will. Yesterday was awful- over 2 hours on the phone. They told us they could do it so we didn't sort out a new ISP now my partner will have to miss a week of work and I won't be getting any school prep done from home before new term.

@virginmedia We now have the Hub 4 but it hasn't made any difference. As I told them the problem is upstairs and we need a booster/ethernet cable for upstairs. I have been charged for this new Hub and stronger internet and aren't getting the service I pay for.Need an engineer here tomorrow.
