@virginmedia quite a bit of a laughing stock from how bad their service has been today. I’ve had no internet for a week now and I know it’s a minor problem but it’s becomes a pretty major one when you work at home a fair amount.

Honestly getting fed up with @virginmedia now. Had a great service for 12 years at my last property, nothing but problems since I’ve moved. Currently have no TV or internet service, can’t be fixed remotely so I have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer.

@virginmedia sending customers round in circles! I haven’t had internet for over 2 hours, service says its fine, have restarted, reset etc. you call they’re too busy so hang up, you message, they’re too busy so tell you to call…. Sort it out!

@mschakraverty @virginmedia They are shocking. Called them up constantly for a week as speed was great standing 2m away from router. Anything further than that was terrible. They offered me 2 boosters, but I had to pay around 10/month for them.
