    Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

    just spent 3 hours on the phone with @virginmedia trying to get an early termination fee waived (for an account which they cancelled) only to be passed to about 8 departments, and then be told it’s not possible and I’d have to make a complaint.. make it make sense pls

    @virginmedia I received a phone call from a man , Jacob Smith purporting to be from your security department. He told me my internet had been hacked by someone in the USA. He refused any contact details after he told me to download a Quick Support app. He phoned 01606863673.

    @virginmedia I have spent an hour and twenty minutes on the phone this evening. I spoke to three different people and have been told someone will get back to us in a few days!!!! It is an email problem that used to be solved by a simple reset. Why could none of the staff fix it?
