@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

@virginmedia Which I’m glad I did! While the call worked insisted the signal was fine and that there was no need for an engineer, the engineer currently at my home is fixing an issue with my connection to the main line which was causing the hub to drop randomly.

@virginmedia No issues with service after running the test (and those devices that remain connected are enjoying good speeds!) Is there a limit on number of devices we can connect? I thought I had read 20 and we're well under that, but wanted to be sure.

@virginmedia Link is not terrible helpful. My hub is showing a red light (overheating?!) but it is on modem mode (Magenta light). You try telling the difference :-) Anyway the link is therefore useless as it doesn't cover hubs in Modem mode.
