    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia service is appealing in area 22 bo internet connection for 4 days out of 5 now: can't work from home. Been a customer for over a decade USING THE SAME ROUTER as the only thing you "upgrade" is your bills not your services ... very disappointing !

    @OffMyNoodles @virginmedia My experience is that if you can get through to Virgin UK customer service it’s great, but if you finish up talking to Mauritius or the Philippines then you might as well talk to your local MP since nothing will happen. Pot luck with the timing I guess.

    @virginmedia TV box has been fried for days and Internet is non existent. Entire household all using 4G allowances instead. Can’t get through to anyone by the phone. Giving Randstad and Capita a run for their money in competition to be the worst company in the UK for service.

    @virginmedia My broadband and TV have had issues for 4 days and I tried phoning to get told they are closed wtf. Yet on their site it shows everything is good yet I test the items or phone and it says issues. Make your mind up. It's definitely not working properly 😭

    @virginmedia No, they did not, but they said my Internet provider sent me a letter about fibre and asked me if I had received it. There has been a LOT of complaints about them on community Facebook groups. They're very rude. I'm surprised you don't know if your staff are in Pudsey or not!

    @virginhelp we have so many glitches with Virgin Media it is difficult to pinpoint particular fault , but now Virgin tv just cuts off leaving a blank screen (fifth time tonight) we were with Sky for years and years , but have had more problems in the 18 months with Virgin!!
