Richard Pile (@DrRichardPile) reported from St Albans, England
After 72 hours without functioning WiFi/broadband (have given up explaining the difference to my bemused family) , normal service is resumed. It’s been tough. We had to actually watch whatever was on live TV. Dreadful. Big thanks to @bt_uk for sorting out @virginmedia mess

Dear @virginmedia. Broadband in SE15 3BS is still down. I cannot work. Please let me know where I can send the invoice for a day’s lost work. At current rates you owe me approx £250

Declan (@walshi01) reported from Ealing, England
@virginmedia I have completed your online form to extend this complaint before I apply to SCC. Let’s hope we hear from Virgin today. If not, I have tried and wouldn’t be surprised if I am not contacted because my account is closed as of Nov 18.

Ashella (@AshellaRoshania) reported from Loughton, England
So @virginmedia tech team have ruined my Internet connection and ended up causing 2 hour delay and missed deadline for me today. Then, they've claimed they can't fix it, yet tired to charge money to try to fix it. If they're going to put you through to the "gadget team", beware -

Declan (@walshi01) reported from Ealing, England
@virginmedia Well - what a surprise. No contact after 48hrs which I believe is part of your resolution criteria. Don’t know how else I can move a complaint through this process when I am ignored!!! A court letter will no doubt wake someone up there 😊👏👏🤭

Declan (@walshi01) reported from Ealing, England
@virginmedia My escalation is the the British Court and Justice system. Fed up with all this shit. Just shows levels of competence and CRM interactions.

@virginmedia You are such an unprofessional company in my experience. I am not your customer but you owe me money from overcharging and refuse to pay me back.
-
Peter Boxer (@peter_boxer) reported from Bromley, England
@virginmedia Yes. And no one asked. I have given my notice. My account is in credit. Was there a reason to stop my service with no email or text. And frankly no reason to seek to shift blame. Poor #CustomerService #fail

@virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.

@virginmedia Where do I make a complaint? Having been deceived into an inferior package vis your Whats App service on Friday (downgraded to Sky Sports SD from HD) I rang today well within the cooling off period of 14 days to give 30 days notice, and to reinstate the previous package 1/3

Aaron Edkins (@AaronEdkins) reported
@virginmedia That comment is hilarious.. Have a look back just at this single thread of tweets. How can you possibly send that as a response following months of constant issues? I'd expect my ISP to provide Internet that works more than it does not.. would you not agree?
-
Andrew, Andrew! (@AndrewAndrew_fr) reported
@virginmedia will be switching to BT, too many issues, constant outages, complaints constantly ignored. Terrible service
-
Tom Lancaster (@TomLancaster_PB) reported
@virginmedia I'm not speaking to them, I tried that but the line was so bad I tried instant messaging, then transferred to WhatsApp, but disconnected twice because I'm apparently required to reply immediately. Now being ignored for the last half hour, so probably disconnected again I guess?
