@virginmedia Yes, I did. I said that in both my posts. Three times even before and after I rebooted my router. Other people in postcodes near me are reporting the same problem. It reports back that all is well. But there’s no connection to the internet.

@virginmedia thanks for such a helpful and amazing customer support service. After 40 min waiting to talk to one of your agents, he complained he could not hear me properly, I asked him to bear with me while I plugged my headset and 30s later, he hanged up. 1/2

Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband because I’m moving and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes out of the 36 minutes (and counting...) of this call. Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

@virginmedia This letter was never received. No attempt to contact us was made. was initially told by Virgin that they thought the account holder had called to have the account disconnected. I have since tried to rectify the situation by calling Virgin to request our account be reconnected.

@virginmedia I don’t have a screen shot. It’s the same for thousands of users. Yiu try logging on to #o2priority app with Virgin logins as it’s not letting you do that. Not even an error pops out. Just won’t take you to next step. And nothing works to fix it! Very annoying

@virginmedia @ffellmartin So you agree a contract price and then change the price annually, to improve your network. Never accept a contract with mid term increases, it’s a con. Also, why should the customer pay to invest in your network, that’s what share holders are for.

@virginmedia All rubbish- very poor custmr service. Hours long wait. Even if you don’t Use it @virginmedia will generate the bill for you.Using language like sending recovery agent. 1st mis sold deal over d phone.Within 12 hrs u cancel it but bill gets generated. Such a mental harassment !

@virginmedia I h’ve been sold the deal over the phone in Nov22. Next day i realised, cancelled d contract. complaint to @Ofcom too. nothing resolved. I get emails mentioning recovery agents, even I didn’t have any router installed.I hve to call them for hours! No resolutions.

.@virginmedia After 10 years, cancelled today. £62/month for gig1, retention offered me £59 OR 500mbps for £3 below normal. New customers get £39.99. I'm worth £3 after 10 years. Moving to @GiganetUK for 900/900mbps at £40/month. Actually insulted at your customer loyalty.
