Ben Darlow (@kapowaz) reported from Richmond, England
I wonder which would be quicker, for Virgin Media to fix the area fault around where I live, or for me to just move house and get a new ISP
-
Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England
@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. We had a technician out over 5 weeks ago to check the landline. He told us the cable in the road was damaged and it would take 10 days to fix. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since and can’t get through to your customer services.

Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England
@virginmedia Engineer booked for Tuesday. I spoke to Ezra on your team who was brilliant in fairness. Very apologetic about the level of service and now looks like we need planning permission to dig up the road to fix the cable.🥴 Thanks for your responses and happy new year!

Brian Ging (@brianging) reported from Ealing, England
@virginmedia I've called 4-5 times. The only time I get though is when I select the option to upgrade my services 🤔 Strangely not at home to people wanting to cancel.
-
Russ (@rusblake) reported from Hillingdon, England
@virginmedia No change to devices being used, it starts to slow down from 500 to 30 between 9-11pm then nothing at all for around 30mins then back up.
-
Mike Neale (@Mike_E_Neale) reported from Hillingdon, England
@virginmedia I have managed to add my wife's name to our electricity & water bills without a problem & know it is possible with other companies. It must be possible - it is perhaps just the choice/policy of Virgin to not allow this. Is there an email/tel I can contact to take this further?
-
Fede Amati (@FedeAmati) reported from Loughton, England
Yo @virginmedia I’m trying to report a data breach as a customer of yours whose details were taken and I cannot get through for love nor money. Where is your #customerservice please thanks

Matthew Carter (@matthewcarter7) reported from London, England
@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!
-
Danny Clark (@PaxtonDan515) reported from Enfield Lock, England

johngriffiths7 (@johngriffiths7) reported from Hoddesdon, England
@virginmedia Service calls from a wifi router which is misbehaving. It isn’t clear to me that the operators are actually changing the record to prevent further calls. The number called is 01992#411972# but I have been called multiple times from 0161, 01582 and 01494 numbers. College IT told

@virginmedia They have booked an engineer to come to me, but idea when it is going to be at this point. Not sure why they are coming to the house when it’s clear that the issue isn’t only this house. But I guess that’s what the script says.

Kronos (@kronos_kirko) reported
@virginmedia I asked countless times to fix this issue over the last 7 months but no one has done anything. Someone needs to write about this and let people know. This is not right and this is a huge scam. I am paying for the largest package but somehow get 3 days of internet in a week
