Hi @virginmedia - what’s going on this weekend? TV and broadband sporadically working. Your site says everything is ok but I’ve not been able to connect to the internet all day and the tv service is having an absolute meltdown every hour or two.

@virginmedia this is an absolute joke. No warning that there were issues with the AJ/Pulev stream so people are paying £26 for a basically unwatchable stream. If there's no refund you're defrauding your customers by getting them to pay for a service you knew wasn't working.

@virginmedia We wanted to upgrade our hub due to internet continually dropping out in parts of the house when it previously never used to. Followed the link via @virginmedia app which recommended a new hub. Can't do online have to speak to person but been on hold for 1hr+ 3 times & gave up

@virginmedia I don't know. At over £70 a month why am I expected to do Virgin's job for them? In the time it takes me to work out why your service is down, I could probably just as easily change over to different - and cheaper - supplier. I expect much better. (TV box won't start up either.)
