    @virginmedia It’s happening periodically on a wired connection (not wifi related). When it happens upstream drops to 150-300Kbps and downstream drops massively too. No known issues reported in my area, but it’s been happening for a few days now.

    @virginmedia We wanted to upgrade our hub due to internet continually dropping out in parts of the house when it previously never used to. Followed the link via @virginmedia app which recommended a new hub. Can't do online have to speak to person but been on hold for 1hr+ 3 times & gave up

    @virginmedia Probably not looking at the full conversation history then. Problem not between cabinet and house. However engineer forgot again to put notes down. Said to contact him and he abs his line manager would ensure resolution, however not returned calls or messages

    @virginmedia This is not a new issue, its been months. The wifi keeps dropping all day everyday. I believe its an external issue i need an engineer. And how do i complain about the service i am receiving?? I am paying for something iam not receiving.

    @virginmedia this is an absolute joke. No warning that there were issues with the AJ/Pulev stream so people are paying £26 for a basically unwatchable stream. If there's no refund you're defrauding your customers by getting them to pay for a service you knew wasn't working.

    @JaneCanan @FisherAndrew79 Broadband Communism! I have BT broadband. A couple of years ago Virgin Media dug up our road to put their cables in. 6 months later different holes dug by City Fibre for EE. The proposal was for a proper planned network that everyone begged for 1st Lockdown

    @virginmedia It doesn't matter when you call, the lines are constantly busy and I was cut off 3 times this morning before ever being able to speak to someone. No customer should be waiting over 9 hours!

    @virginmedia my sister's been trying to cancel her bb contract all day. On hold twice for an hour each time and got cut off. Then on your online chat which was then changed to WhatsApp. She has has no response since 1pm...terrible customer service. How is she supposed to cancel?

    @virginmedia absolutely disgraceful customer service. Ordered broadband and TV package to be delivered on 1st February. Yodel claim it’s been delivered and signed for but no one in our or the neighbouring apartments have the box. Called twice was told they would send a new box…
