    @virginmedia Got someone to call me back. Explained everything very slow and crashes when two people zoom. Will take a week to get someone out only because they think it’s fully broken! I wait with bated breath! 🤔

    @virginmedia is a complete joke. Can’t get even get in the cue to wait for 2 hours on the phone. Online on the website customer service ask function you ask the question and it’s 2 1/2 hours for them to start answering! What can I do to get away from these people?

    @virginmedia this is torture. Second day trying to get through to someone about landline fault. Hold music is excruciatingly annoying.... 25 mins so far today, no answer. Yesterday I could only handle 35 mins. I don’t want to listen daily to this awful music loop with no results

    @virginmedia Yes please. I'd like to begin a new help desk ticket for our TiVo box. We have reset it numerous times, used a new hdmi cable sent by your colleague and had a signal sent from automated phone line. This needs escalating please.

    @virginmedia as i mentioned originally, i have found that cable and i tried to plug it into the hub (i termed it router, sorry), i can call in, but not out, oddly. It's a new phone I've previously never used landline part of my package, does it take a while to all click into place your end?

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I have done, & have been contacted by someone convinced I have the same problem as them & others that has been going on for 2-3 weeks. Blocking people out of lots of sites. You seem to have a problem. I await team members who run forums and will be able to assist
