    @virginmedia We wanted to upgrade our hub due to internet continually dropping out in parts of the house when it previously never used to. Followed the link via @virginmedia app which recommended a new hub. Can't do online have to speak to person but been on hold for 1hr+ 3 times & gave up

    @virginmedia this is an absolute joke. No warning that there were issues with the AJ/Pulev stream so people are paying £26 for a basically unwatchable stream. If there's no refund you're defrauding your customers by getting them to pay for a service you knew wasn't working.

    @virginmedia The best you can do is £70. Why is my 86 year old grandma, a customer of 30+ years who is isolated having to pay £70? This is twice as much as any other broadband provider and nearly twice as much as a new customer. I need some help as she cannot afford it
