    Thanks @virginmedia for charging us a disconnection fee of £230 after being told we wouldn't need to pay a fee on the phone. Despite the fact we are being kicked out of our house and you don't provide service in our new area. Really classy move.

    @virginmedia So, after all this phoning, tweeting and foruming all it was is that the previous engineer left a faulty cable nothing to do with any area SNR issue. I've had to wait since the 24th of May just for a new cable to get TV. That's pretty poor no? It now being mid July. . .1/2

    @virginmedia 2/2 At least your off duty staff in my local area were a lot more helpful and gave me as much advice as possible to try and fix the problem before going down the mesh route.
