  @virginmedia FYI - the service status on your website/app says there is no broadband issues, but when I go onto troubleshooting with intermittent WiFi, it says there’s a big problem in my area. Not overly helpful, have been trying for a couple of hrs to fix ourselves 🙄

  My VirginMedia contract is ending soon (thank goodness), but a couple of weeks ago they contacted me to tell me that my box was outdated and could cause issues with recordings. All of a sudden, the issues that are causing me to cancel, have ramped up. Can't play recordings now.

Do the right thing. Ask the questions.... Start with the Shilling report...or how about the fact there is NO PULSE RECORD for #MrP regarding the allegations and subsequent harrassment of #MrP.
