@virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

@virginmedia Yes, but that process took 81 minutes, without having spoken to anyone who could deal with my problems. It's been the third attempt at talking with Virgin too.

@virginmedia Started chat at 16:44 Had to end 18:05 for hospital treatment to be done. In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.

@virginmedia You’ve added you’ve added an extra monthly fee to my account and when I’ve called to cancel my phone went a bit crazy, called back and the bot said I agreed to a 6 month discount. I didn’t agree anything with anyone and now can’t get through to the call centre.
