@virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

@virginmedia There was a fault- already checked. Need to know why this keeps happening - paying £63 a month for a service that hardly ever works!

******* typical. Self isolating & my @virginmedia Internet & TV have gone down due to some issue in the area. Had just started working my way through season 8 of #SilentWitness.

@virginmedia Looping this conversation back into noisy, bottomless support channels and forums isn't gonna cut it. I am fed up from wasting my time waiting on hold for 45-90 minutes only to be told "we've already told you engineers are coming, bye." This is infuriating.

@virginmedia You obviously don’t read my tweets. I complained and it took 6 weeks to reply. Your company is really pathetic, and has no customer service.

@virginmedia Yeah, there are outages. Every single day. I can't remember a day WITHOUT an outage. The only reliable part of my wifi is that my colleagues expect it to be painful talking with me. It's embarrassing. Contract ends in October. You're gonna charge me £250 to leave. I've tried.

@virginmedia are there known issues with broadband in Loughton IG104QU? Had very patchy speeds recently . Paying for 350mb, typically getting 150mb+. Few days now of <30mb 😫

@virginmedia getting these emails saying “we are sorry you are leaving” but I didn’t cancel my service with you guys. Should I be worried about it?

@LDesesperes @virginmedia Customer service is terrible, no point in making a complaint as they say they'll contact you to discuss but never bother. As soon as an alternative option comes to our address we are leaving

@virginmedia your customer service is unbelievably pathetic. You think paying me £50 discount will resolve my contempt for your service, well it won’t. It took you 6 weeks before anyone even contacted me. I pay for 300 meg WiFi, I’m lucky if I get 20.

@virginmedia There's always engineering work. It resolves a drop in the bucket when there are reported outages every. Single. Day. Not being hyperbolic. We were told we need to call and document every issue. So we do. Every day the automated message says engineers are coming. It's a joke.

@virginmedia Reported on Monday. Was told it will be sorted and I’ll have a call back. Nobody called back. Now I am calling your CS team only for your staff to shy away from my issue. Been on hold for 40+ minutes by a guy who said he’s “just checking a few things”. This is not acceptable.

@virginmedia But that is all I’ve received from you over the years. Will I incur more costs calling you again? Outside of this thread I’ve never seen your 0345 number as you don’t advertise it online or in your app (installed yesterday). You shouldn’t treat a long term customer this way.
-

@virginmedia She waited until the end of contract a couple of months ago and then cancelled. Last month had the same problem as now, money went out. She phoned to explain. No refund. Now happened again

@virginmedia why won't you allow us to cancel our contract? Why did your employee lie and say we got the security questions wrong when we used the info from our account on your website? Is this a way to make us pay for another month at double the price?
