  @jackbremer @virginmedia I've been with them longer than that and, TBF, they've been good on the whole. However, the mark of a decent company, I feel, is how they handle problems...and @virginmedia were found totally wanting in my case.   @virginmedia yeah, no. been without internet for a week and engineer was supposed to fix our outside cables today. just got a message saying it's been rescheduled for next month. your customer service is pathetic and disgusting. can't wait to switch.
