@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

@virginmedia Fastest UK broadband. That’s a maybe, but what you fail to say is that you will suffer regular outage and won’t be able to work. But that’s ok because you’ll pay £16 compensation for hours of lost production.

@virginmedia She offered to send an engineer. I could not provide any available dates for next few weeks because of my work commitment so I suggested that I would be in touch when I know I have some time available. She said then she would have to close the complaint log.

@virginmedia So customer services are baffled by daily outages since July - you should advertise a “not a fault free service” expect months of business disruption , and forget working from home. Just fix the problem.

@virginmedia my broadband is still down since this morning. Your engineers have not fixed the issue although your automated system says no issues in area. Please tell your engineers we are still down in N21. Impossible to talk to a human. Very frustrating.

@NoContextBrits @virginmedia I moved flat and my new flat didn’t support Virgin Media which is a shame cuz I would have kept it…their “customer service” team said I could give the service to someone else or pay like £250 to cancel…had to pay the money awful company never go with them again after that!

I have written 16 emails (all in a chain) and they have not replied to any of them. I am always courteous and try to be reasonable but they really are
