    Virgin Customer Services are an utter disgrace! @virginmedia I called on Sunday to get our broadband running (it’s been up and down for over 6 months now!) only to have laughing, singing and screeching in the background that sounded very much like celebrating the demise of HMQEII

    @virginmedia Self install as we had determined the tivo box was faulty they sent one but its obviously never been activated from your end despite the hrs I've spent online trying to get it done no one I speak to has a clue what there doing constantly going thro diagnostics not activating it.

    @virginmedia @DavidVaughan5 We have a engineer here right now and change the hub over to a new one and it’s still not working. Flashing yellow lights. This is a network problem. What is happening please? Doesn’t look like a fix will be happening

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia I had them at my mothers when I lived there. ******* useless. Got my own house and the previous tenants had Toob so it was all set up just had to make an account with them. Haven’t had a single issue. £25 a month and the speeds are great as well

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia I got told once and I don't know if it works but if you ring up and upgrade to another package it's classed as a new contract so you can cancel within 14 days maybe worth looking into doing that

    @virginmedia this has gone beyond the pale now. You already know all the issues my dad and I have had for, well, weeks now. Dad had all his recordings deleted and now his new recordings are recording and now he’s watched part of something he can’t go back and watch it because it says the recording has failed. This has happened on every recording. It seems to record fine then changes to failed. Get this sorted and get the broadband sorted. How @Ofcom isn’t all over this I don’t know. Pushing people to take the V6 and then a year later this happens. Shocking.
