@virginmedia @nancycooper This is an absolute lie, we’ve been told on two occasions that a manager would reach out and we’ve had nothing. We haven’t had our virgin tv working for almost a month. Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

@Hendi213 @virginmedia Funny you say this @Hendi213 I signed up to a package for new customers and they simply cancelled it for me as an existing customer of 12 years via email. I’ve been paying premiums but have moved to Sky now and it’s much better & cheaper.

@DUCKmagstoke @virginmedia Stick with virgin. Apart from lila, there's nowt better for speed. I've never had an issue. And if I have it's just an off and on job. I'm on 350mbps but over wired connection to the TV and consoles I'm getting well over 500mbps. BT can only offer 40mbps in my area
