@virginmedia I had an email Monday saying i was due a refund but there was a problem with my information and to click on the link ! Of course i deleted the email as it was obviously not from Virgin media , they got my regon code rong as well as not using my name on the email !

@virginmedia Constant crashing, low speeds (pay for 200mbps only get 20mbps most days). When wife rang up to resolve issue guy on the phone was rude, constant huffing and puffing with no resolution offered. Essentially just told to connect everything via Ethernet. Contract cancelled
