    @virginmedia No it has not been fixed. The WiFi returned temporarily and it has gone again....leaving my children with no access to essential online learning resources. They have not been able to do their homework all weekend. This is extremely poor service. You need to fix ASAP.

    @virginmedia Wireless. But the problem is the device (seemingly some kind of limitor) installed by your engineer. That is the specific point I want addressed and I'm fed up of being pointed to generic and useless guidance

    @virginmedia No, still no service. I called and they told me it would be back at around 12h, but then got an SMS telling that it would be around 14h. They move that target every few hours.

    @virginmedia Well you haven’t, clearly. The bill was generated on 21 January 2019. The decision was made on 9 November. You have not complied; you’re still charging me for a service I was told would be cancelled without cost. Please get someone to contact me with a resolution.

    Can you please listen to what people are saying @virginmedia and ask if they have the right equipment for upgrades etc. I have the TV 500 but you put me down as having the V6.

    I'm so stupid. I just received a call from 03333391238 the woman said she was from @CitizensAdvice that they'd received a report. I have recently contacted them so this doesn't seem unusual. So I'm answering her questions & the phone goes dead after just over 5 mins @virginmedia

    Had the best service from @virginmedia that I’ve had in about 7 years. Canceling via phone. The first agent couldn’t be bothered when I told them the reasons “ok let me put you through”. The second didn’t listen at first. Then just “ok” and canceled. Let’s see if it actually is.

    @virginmedia You’ve had years to fix your network. But alas. Perhaps rather than spending money on advertising, pointless upgrades, etc, spend money on delivering the service you promise and charge for.Invest in your network, fix the congestion etc. Also Coax isn’t fibre stop calling it that

    @virginmedia I’m trying to give you notice that we’re leaving… and somehow I keep getting cut off or chat agents just disappear… we’ve had awful service lately, and leaving you is even more of a headache than staying!
