    @Leesasdream @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog It’s actually ridiculous how unethical they are. The amount of promises they’ve made with no delivery. Something as small as a manager reaching out. It’s actually ridiculous how piss poor their customer service is.

    @virginmedia Thanks for contacting me - I am trying to get my account set up as VM halted my account being started due to previous tenants having an account. V difficult to contact VM support because I don’t have an actual account yet. Order reference WS7036210 if that helps anything.

    The most unethical service provider in the UK is hands down @virginmedia. The service is an absolute joke. Stay away.

    @virginmedia @nancycooper This is an absolute lie, we’ve been told on two occasions that a manager would reach out and we’ve had nothing. We haven’t had our virgin tv working for almost a month. Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

    @virginmedia hey there please can you look into my network issue. Since the beginning of this year around the 2/1/2022 my 4G has stopped working around my house/street. Past 4 years it’s been working fine but I have to switch to 3G to get internet. Any help??

    @Hendi213 @virginmedia Funny you say this @Hendi213 I signed up to a package for new customers and they simply cancelled it for me as an existing customer of 12 years via email. I’ve been paying premiums but have moved to Sky now and it’s much better & cheaper.

    @tommyinnit Your landlord is like “if problem call on the magic telephone of dialling” also if you need an adapter for the wall they’re really cheap and if you need an adapter for the router if it’s virgin media then there’s always an adapter in the box for the router

    @DUCKmagstoke @virginmedia Stick with virgin. Apart from lila, there's nowt better for speed. I've never had an issue. And if I have it's just an off and on job. I'm on 350mbps but over wired connection to the TV and consoles I'm getting well over 500mbps. BT can only offer 40mbps in my area
