    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia There are no faults in my area. The issue is likely to be with the router as the 2.4ghz works consistently on other devices.

    @virginmedia Yes, fix the navigation, have serious look at you chat app, as in the Name chat, is not what your application does, you using AI/ word recognition and you still list the reply as Agent. Having spent 10 min on your site. No thanks Virgin.

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @virginmedia I need to book an engineer to come out but every time I go through your automated system it cuts me off telling me to go online or that my hub is offline. I know it is. That's why I'm calling. There's a wire broken. It's not switched off. Pls help. Thanks 💛

    @AdrienneAiken @virginmedia An analogy for you. Think of the internet like a motorway. ISPs like the Highway Agency. Download/upload speed like the engine capacity of a car. If traffic is busy, there are roadworks, bad weather etc, it’s not always possible to hit 70mph even if you’ve bought a full tank.

    @virginmedia what is going on with your service on phones I called Friday to upgrade and was on hold over 4 hours tryed again today and been on hold on chat since 9.30am this morning and it’s now 6pm and still waiting for customer retention to answer
