@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

@virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

@virginmedia service outage, called CS, was told its for 24 hours, advised can get data booster to sim as compensation, I advised them I have no sims with them and then told nothing more can be done for me. Then I am told to enjoy the rest of my day by the agent. What a joke!

@virginmedia Ah I see, the service gets slowed down for those who don't upgrade? So upgrade speed is not faster its YOU making the existing one it slower & intermittent to get customers to upgrade? A total fail only before you would replace hub, client without any internet for a week. ok

@virginmedia Thanks VM seems fine 'So Far'. But I was informed by your services that it was 'only me' & not a fault in my area. My neighbour said my signal was non existent compared to his. Brought his equipment into my house. couldn't pick up my hub None of My neighbours had problems.

@virginmedia @ArcticFox1977 This is disgusting, I have lost service several times and no compensation yet my job is at risk. Logesh advised the terms of offcom that I should report the loss of service but I’ve done that before and no compensation.
