    @virginmedia Hi there. Whenever we go to the iPlayer app it crashes the whole Virgin system which has to be turned off and on again. Been like that for 24 hours. Can you help please?

    @virginmedia Think the menu options are slightly different on the 360 software but I found network diagnostics and signal quality is “Good” and connection speed is “high”. Does that help?

    It's annoying that @virginmedia customer service refused to acknowledge this other persons details had some how been linked to my email with my bank account on their account.

    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

    @virginmedia Not expecting a fault free service but an entire day with no Wifi when working from home is not acceptable in the slightest! The texts said some disruption not no service at all? Compensation is required!

    @virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.

    @virginmedia can you tell me why we had internet issues for the last three days which are now solved, but I still cannot get Netflix, iPlayer, Amazon prime video or Now Tv. I am sick of paying for extra tv services I cannot access. Would you like to refund me for these days?

    @virginmedia I have received a virtual engineer call this morning. Apparently there is an issue in the area. There is no notification on the app to say this though.

    @virginmedia Thank you. The router originally kept dropping Internet on WiFi. Technician split it between 2g and 5g. 5g is now unstable and 2g doesn't transmit Internet. Customer service told me your routers don't gaurentee any Internet on wireless and wouldn't listen that it didn't work.

    @virginmedia been trying to cancel contract for 2 days as moving home (not switching/moving broadband) but impossible as lines are busy + not picking up. there has to be another way to cancel a contract if cust. serv. unable to pick up calls instead of holding customers hostage?

    @virginmedia after getting in touch last night and being told i’d be connected to an advisor (never happened), i’ve now been waiting on hold for 75 MINUTES, after also being told the waiting time was 30 seconds, and also after being connected on a silent call, classic virgin

    @virginmedia Thanks, I did all this twice on the phone over the past few days and am working all day so am not able to turn on and off the hub a lot. The problem is that the internet constantly cuts out. Is there a way you can book a technician for me now over chat?
