@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@GBridgeford @virginmedia Yeah mate. There only sales technique is we will have buffering with any other service provider so they basically don’t need to look after you because they give the best 😐. Can’t say I have ever had any issues with other providers

@virginmedia Then after that call and I said I’m not happy as you can’t confirm if my parents won’t be charged. And there doesn’t seem to be proper investigation. I get the most poorly written email possible saying my complaint is closed. It’s not in my eyes.
