@virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

@virginmedia I just spoke to your customer service team a d was transferred to 2 different opperators before they just hang up on me with out resolving the issue .

@virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed

Looks like #VirginMedia is on the verge of falling over again. Had connection issues over the last half hour including Twitter not loading, *** pushes failing and Zoom being slow to connect. But weirdly I can still run a solid speed test.

@virginmedia Talking to your faults team is pointless, they just keep repeating same thing, it's like your equipment never develops faults. If it isn't that the call drops midway. I have just about pulled out every strand of my hair out.. I'd rather leave for my sanity.

@virginmedia The first agent was so rude the second very helpful said she hoped she had sorted the dates of my contract and the bill. But as yet the bill for March hasn’t changed l have no idea what is happening with the complaints. I’m so worn down by it all.

Just had the worst customer service call with @VirginMedia. Eventually had to pull a Karen and ask for the manager. Dude said no, and eventually (after forty minutes of talking down to me) cut me off.

@virginmedia @virginmedia I have contacted the Customer service with regards to intermittent connection and they have sent out the Engineer twice and the last time engineer came mid-Feb and changed the router and ever since then WiFi drops a min of 10 times a day.Especially when I am on calls
