    @virginmedia Hi, done the reboot and pin reboot but still dropping out drastically. The speeds I was getting to the speeds I am getting is really bad

    @virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

    Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

    @virginmedia Yes it was a pre install which was never scheduled i have the actual install on saturday and i dont want to have any issues with the connection wher the engineer put the box thers a water pipe so i cant have any drillings in this side of the wall.

    @virginmedia held for 20 mins. Revati asked me to repeat the issues & why I wanted compensation. I refused and apparently her manager is going to call me prior to 5pm. Guess what - no call from escalation manager. 23/6 Got a call but was in a meeting so asked them to call back
