@virginmedia I want to cancel my broadband contract it never works and you never help to fix it but your happy to take my money. Either cancel it for free or il be seeking legal action I'm bored with this now

@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

Looks like #VirginMedia is on the verge of falling over again. Had connection issues over the last half hour including Twitter not loading, *** pushes failing and Zoom being slow to connect. But weirdly I can still run a solid speed test.

@virginmedia after an hour I gave up waiting. I appreciate that covid is causing issues but hanging the phone up and no response for an hour on the bot queue is ridiculous. Even if it was an auto message saying sorry for the delay we are on our way would have been nice

Been on hold to @virginmedia for nearly an hour. Their call centres are shut due to covid. I just want to cancel my contract, why can't I just do it via my account online? This is utter nonsense.
