    @virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @virginmedia The worst bit you get one letter on 6th Nov saying your case is being investigated & apologising for taking 8 weeks to sort, two days later the case is closed as I didn’t reply to a letter 4 weeks earlier I never received!!!!

    @virginmedia I have tried these over the last few days, the speed is fine. Getting my max consistently which is great but the issue is it seems to of cut the radius right down since changing the hub over, even moving the hub further into the room doesn't seem to yield any change

    @virginmedia Still the same having spoke to virgin media by phone, just said we are working on the problem this as been an issue for several weeks now WiFi keeps going off then when u try ring it starts working again can’t get any reduction on our bill cause we can never speak to anyone

    @virginmedia Hi, mate. I'm getting roughly 15-17mbps and no upload. Then another test shows higher upload than download but nothing over 20mbps. I've plugged the ethernet cable into my Xbox to download a game and it doesn't work. I've done EVERYTHING. (Nothing else on Wifi)

    @virginmedia I've received a HUB6 and seem to be having some issues with the range. The old hub covered 90% of the house the new one barely makes it to the next room, I'm unsure it maybe the settings needed tweeking or if the box was at fault.

    @virginmedia However it was first raised on 14th December! I have tried opening a complaint over the telephone but it was closed within 1 hour with nothing resolved, I can't access online as I can't access the account so I have to post a letter complaint then?

    @virginmedia When u ring the automated voice says there is but when u click on the link on text then there isn’t but the man I spoke to said there was and it should be all done by the 24th this month but this as been issue for several wks now
