    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

    @virginmedia I will try again by unplugging the router etc. However other people living near me are also experiencing problems. It is not just me.

    @virginmedia So, 3 phone calls over 50 mins all cut off! All I wanted to do was pay off a handset and upgrade a contract. Customer service 0/10!

    It's annoying that @virginmedia customer service refused to acknowledge this other persons details had some how been linked to my email with my bank account on their account.

    @virginmedia I just spoke to your customer service team a d was transferred to 2 different opperators before they just hang up on me with out resolving the issue .

    @virginmedia Area outage but my neighbours don’t have an issue, no service since Saturday, have been told 3 separate guaranteed dates of repair, also had service agents hanging up the phone and your 150 service isn’t working and your last service agent was extremely cheeky

    @virginmedia trying to help my parents set up ebilling but unable to do so as there are 2 very old (and no longer accessible) email addresses connected to their account. Who can we speak to about removing these so that ebilling can be set up with a current email address?

    @l1vparkinson @virginmedia @YodelOnline Virgin have always been $h#t for anything they do and I would never use these cowboys, as I've heard so many bad stories about them (remember also that Virgin had their rail franchise stripped?). Richard Branson is also a rogue as he sued the NHS for not getting an IT contract.

    @virginmedia I have, and they say, since Chrome/ME works fine with other internet connections, the problem is with the Virgin internet in my house, not the device/VPN. On this CPU Outlook etc works ok, and Chrome/ME works fine on other devices.. strange issue

    @virginmedia Well VM up to its old tricks again Ripping Customers off. 3 months in a row now and I have been over charged again. This was after 6 hours a fews weeks ago to sort this problem out. And being told is wouldn't happen again and I will get back a refund for the  previous months

    @virginmedia Sadly not, you've just sent me back into the black hole again. The Pre-Install team cannot help, I need more than some sympathy, 3 cancellations, 10+hrs of calls, an email to the CEO, 20 days without broadband and counting. Need Richards help😱 @richardbranson

    @virginmedia Will try that but that throws up another problem. Forgotten my password and when given a link to change the password it refuses to allow me to confirm password in 2nd box. It simply won't progress past the 'new password' box. I have no idea why.
