@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@Howard_Norton @Virgin I haven’t even managed to get through to @virginmedia yet despite multiple attempts and long holds to even comment on their actual customer service. The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

@virginmedia Yes, also done that with the same outcome. Done all tests, turned off and on the router, reset the router with the pin button and even tried to use an Ethernet cable to my device and still the same issue. It’s been like this since I woke up this morning.

@virginmedia They were asking us to change some devices to 5 GHz and some to 2.4 GHz from the app. Firstly, they were unfamiliar with the app so they didn’t actually know how to do this. Secondly, we have Google Wifi anyway. And thirdly, this *does not solve the issue* of the wifi dropping??
