@virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

@Howard_Norton @Virgin I haven’t even managed to get through to @virginmedia yet despite multiple attempts and long holds to even comment on their actual customer service. The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

@virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

This happens from phones on the EE, Virgin Media and Vodafone network. I’d like this resolved today otherwise I’m calling breach of contract and will request cancellation on those grounds. I need to have a working phone line. It’s a requirement. I tried restarting my phone.

Anyone on here with Virgin Media mobile network? My deal with Vodafone is nearly up and in all fairness I am tempted. Just haven’t met a single human being who use Virgin! Wouldn’t mind knowing if it’s worth sticking with a ‘proper’ mobile network or not.
