    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia We asked for a manager to call us back and they said they would, and if you can read the problem started after our tevo box restarted by itself. But all cables are tight, the problem is your weak signal if I can watch via iPlayer with no issues.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia how much of a chance do you need, I have had three engineer visits now and spent hours on the phone, webchat, VM forums yet still the same problem exists and my new service which isn't even a month old continues to disconnect several times a day
