@InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

@virginmedia Where do I start!! It is concerning being mis-sold a package last month. I have been a loyal customer for over 14 years, and have never experienced anything like the bad customer service, broken promises and half truths like I have over the last 6 weeks.

Just got an email from MPS Allegation Unit, had to resubmit the Virgin Media driver using a mobile phone whilst driving report as the online system had problems from around 1300 on 21/02/2022 until fixed at 15.40 on 23/02/2022.😕

@virginmedia Ok. Please acknowledge that I’ve been attempting to cancel this since 4th February. The DD is cancelled so no payment will be made on 1/3. Our TiVo box is flagging that we only have 2 days left, so I assume that’s a sign all is on track. TY.

@virginmedia @mgsevs I'd love to be able to join Virgin but they keep moving my connection dates out. Apparently my house is in a problem area for installation - despite them managing to install to my neighbours on the originally promised dates. Doesn't bode well....
