    @virginmedia We turned everything off overnight & service had resumed this morning.checked yr svs system last night & there were reported failures in colchester & around the UK.Having been a prior customer o f20 years, whenever it rains then sunny, you always have issues!

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting service from Virgin. Rang to get refund for sky sports since lockdown and no help whatsoever. And I can’t make a complaint apparently as it will be automatically closed!!

    @virginmedia I have rung twice waited over 2 hours and still can’t sort out a request to cancel an account for someone who has learning difficulties and is escaping domestic violence. Disgraceful

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

    @virginmedia has closed my complaint about having no service, claiming that if there’s a fault and engineer will come, diagnose and fix. 2 engineers have come and diagnosed, STILL NO FIX. Every time I contact support I get dumped right back to the start of the process again

    @virginmedia I keep getting 2-3 calls a week from people claiming to be virgin mobile. It’s never professional and the signal is always terrible. They’re pushy and rude, and call from different locations each time, what is going on??

    @virginmedia No, I had nothing new, I wanted to transfer my package across, I have broadband/phone/tv and 2 x boxes - I was set up as a new customer instead of existing on the same package which makes no sense considering your new customers get better deals & I’ve been with youfor 7 years
