    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia I will try again by unplugging the router etc. However other people living near me are also experiencing problems. It is not just me.

    @virginmedia That's achieving nothing. What's the point in WiFi if it's not gona work. Can't get through on phone and get any help at all. Absolutely appalling service and il now be taking this further

    Looks like #VirginMedia is on the verge of falling over again. Had connection issues over the last half hour including Twitter not loading, *** pushes failing and Zoom being slow to connect. But weirdly I can still run a solid speed test.

    @virginmedia I want to cancel my broadband contract it never works and you never help to fix it but your happy to take my money. Either cancel it for free or il be seeking legal action I'm bored with this now

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia Im experiencing the issue through every device connected and everywhere in the home. From right next to the hub to upstairs. Engineers advised against it as there isn’t a problem with wifi reach or connectivity when the wifi it working.

    @virginmedia Well - this is the third day in a row my internet has been CONSTANTLY going down (it's not my router it's your service - i checked on the portal). I just don't know what it is with your broadband, I have never had such consistently poor service from a single provider in my life.

    @virginmedia I checked all possible problems step by step. It should be possible to confirm that the hub is faulty. No lights on the hub will turn on after the power is turned on.

    @virginmedia They haven’t advised anything. Every time they come they say they have sorted the issue but every time the leave the issue unresolved
