The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

    @virginmedia nothing has been done tickets are raised, its been escalated etc etc we chase them up get told they system says its active and all sorted but its not and netflix just keep asking add payment details and virgin media never shows up as an option, i have been patient but 2 months
