@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

@InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

@virginmedia contract changed last year, advised incorrectly by advisor, discussed with call centre & complained via your complaints procedure - no calls received to date to address from now over 1 month from complaint date #shockingservice for a loyal customer

Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@virginmedia not sure if I can text back and forth (sadly no longer a teenager).. I have already called (and waited) twice to confirm the account disconnection but the bill still seems to indicate an ongoing account. as usual disappointing costumer service, but glad to be done with it nearly.

@virginmedia Hi, yes the router has been in the same place for a number of years but has developed this issue in the last 3/4 weeks. I have followed all suggested steps to resolve. I have tried to call numerous times but can't get through. With being in work I don't have time to wait on hold.

@virginmedia There are many issues all around the Internet service. Wired and wireless dropping out, not getting the speeds I am meant to get. Every advisor and engineer heavily suggesting a 3rd party router! Are yours not up to spec? Requested the 'new' hub and was told no. I'm not allowed.

@virginmedia no. I called in and got the automated update at the time. Signed up for text notifications. Got nothing. Told of long wait times. I'd really like to know if I'm going to be credited as last time there was an outage I was told there was a minimum outage req before compensation
