@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

@virginmedia Your Hub 3 is an antiquated piece of crap. The hub 5 I've waited weeks for turned up faulty. Your automated service keeps sending me texts I don't want and its incredibly hard to get on the phone with a human. You e out my prices up consistently and yet the service has got worse
