Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lowe_frequency
    Lowe Frequency (@lowe_frequency) reported

@luminolaudio @virginmedia A simple test would be to put the SuperHub in modem mode and connect directly it over Ethernet and see what speed you get. If that’s the same then the SuperHub isn’t the issue, if it’s slower then Virgin Media are doing something strange.

    Rachel Hyde (@rhyde93) reported

  • lowe_frequency
    Lowe Frequency (@lowe_frequency) reported

@luminolaudio @virginmedia If you want them to behave as though they’re one network, disable the DHCP server on one (probably best to do this on the Netgear) and ensure they’re both on the same subnet, any IP addresses on the network will then be issued from the SuperHub and you won’t have any conflicts

  • Knobbleswonk1
    W1z4rd (@Knobbleswonk1) reported

@virginmedia Done all that. Issue still there. Engineer does nothing as it your side. Your customer service don't do anything but keep sending engineer out when it server side.
