    Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

    @virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

    @virginmedia Please don’t conveniently close the live chat because you cut my phone and you’re having massive issues. The phone is my business phone and you are now liable for any missed work. Sort it out, shocking service.

    @virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting service from Virgin. Rang to get refund for sky sports since lockdown and no help whatsoever. And I can’t make a complaint apparently as it will be automatically closed!!

The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia Received a text to call in to discuss the complaint, done that and they wont even discuss the complaint. Can't even speak to a manager on the pre-install and everyone I speak to on that team seems to have no clue what they are doing. Very Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia The text came from Virgin saying "beyond our control". Don't worry, if it doesn't arrive tomorrow I'll cancel ALL my Virgin services. I don't think you understand the hatred I have for Yodel. You are seriously making things so much worse by using them as your delivery partners.

    @virginmedia I signed up for BB on 20/10. It’s been about 53 days and I still don’t have working internet. Even after making a complaint 9 days ago AND having the number of an engineer I still haven’t had anyone come to fix the issue…

    @virginmedia I couldn't get through on the phone because I don't have an account password; I couldn't use online chat because that's too busy, and now trying to talk on WhatsApp and I'm having to give you the same information multiple times and replies are glacial. I'm trying to cancel.

    @virginmedia I'm on hold most of the time. Trying to sort out being disconnected. As a new contract has been set up I should have 14 days to cancel. They are cancelling, but restarting my original contract. My original disconnection date can't be given as it now goes from today. Disgusting!
