@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

Regularly called and texted by @virginmedia suddenly. Only since I've cancelled my contract, of course. The support staff I speak to are lovely, but are never going to win me back. Maybe if their complaints people had listened to me in the first place things would be different.

@virginmedia I suspect the reply is in hiding like your management team!!!! We received the open notification. As per previous, ROTTEN customer service which is being very very generous. Expletives would better describe how bad it is.
