    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia TV and phone are fine. It is the broadband that is still slow despite the reset.

    It's annoying that @virginmedia customer service refused to acknowledge this other persons details had some how been linked to my email with my bank account on their account.

    @virginmedia So, 3 phone calls over 50 mins all cut off! All I wanted to do was pay off a handset and upgrade a contract. Customer service 0/10!

    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia Virgin Media Outage Update - Description: Service update. Broadband, Voice and TV fault F009877187. The latest update we have is: Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem. The estimated repair time is now: 14/06/2022 08:05:00. Yet another day.

    @virginmedia So.. you dont know anything, nor do the call centre, nor does the website. Only the "field team" who are keeping it a secret? or do not actually exist? Worst customer service I can think of from anyone.

    @virginmedia Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes there is an intermittent service issue in the area (today) However, it's been like this for over a month now with constant slow downs and disconnects every single day, and your links sometimes says nothing wrong. Paying for this doesn't seem right.

    @virginmedia Unbelievable. Your customer service team literally just hung up on me. I was calm, polite and just trying to work out why you were not honouring the agreed deal and when I asked if I could discuss with some higher up. They just said ‘thats it and hung up’
