    @virginmedia So, 3 phone calls over 50 mins all cut off! All I wanted to do was pay off a handset and upgrade a contract. Customer service 0/10!

    @virginmedia I have something called a TP Adapter? in my room. When it is able to come through that the signal is brilliant, but for some reason it is not coming through right now.

    @virginmedia That's achieving nothing. What's the point in WiFi if it's not gona work. Can't get through on phone and get any help at all. Absolutely appalling service and il now be taking this further

    Looks like #VirginMedia is on the verge of falling over again. Had connection issues over the last half hour including Twitter not loading, *** pushes failing and Zoom being slow to connect. But weirdly I can still run a solid speed test.

    @virginmedia contract changed last year, advised incorrectly by advisor, discussed with call centre & complained via your complaints procedure - no calls received to date to address from now over 1 month from complaint date #shockingservice for a loyal customer

    Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

    A man in his late teens is in a critical condition following a crash involving an e-scooter in Co Longford. The single-vehicle incident happened on Battery Road in Longford Town at around 10.40pm last night. He was taken to Regional Hospital Mullingar with serious injuries.     @Johnty14 @virginmedia Easy solution here, someone should invent a method to get the leaflet through the door, so it ends up in the house, but passers by can't see it so it isn't obvious that nobody is home.
