    @virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

    @virginmedia We turned everything off overnight & service had resumed this morning.checked yr svs system last night & there were reported failures in colchester & around the UK.Having been a prior customer o f20 years, whenever it rains then sunny, you always have issues!

    @virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

    @virginmedia Got a notification that the service has been fix. It hasnt, I still have no wifi or tv. Earliest an engineer can come is Saturday 🙄

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @virginmedia I'm fairly certain if you sent out a new box and a new router, it would save a visit from your Technician. I'm a service engineer myself and the company would go bust if it did things as @virginmedia does.

    I've had to call them.I was told I'll have a visit by an engineer Sat. Now received a text confirming it'll be Sunday. The text also says, if I'm not at home, I'll be charged £25. Are they for real? I've been a customer since they started as a company called NTL. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia They told my husband to reboot and do stuff and the signal worked when we were on the phone but 5 mins after hanging up the signal is gone again and no internet AGAIN

    So my Broadband hasn't worked properly for weeks. I've hesitated calling Virgin media as it's always frustrating. You get told to try this and that by a recorded message before you get through to an actual human, who can respond to your issues. After the TV box stopped working...
