    @virginmedia Got a notification that the service has been fix. It hasnt, I still have no wifi or tv. Earliest an engineer can come is Saturday 🙄

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

    @virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @virginmedia I have rung twice waited over 2 hours and still can’t sort out a request to cancel an account for someone who has learning difficulties and is escaping domestic violence. Disgraceful

    @virginmedia I am investigating which broadband provider to change to and looking for suggestions. Please don’t take this personally, I am sure you are doing your best. Its just your engineers are not up to the job, or your suppliers have let you down. Regular outages are not acceptable.

    @virginmedia It says I should easily get 4G but it only ever shows 3G, I still then want to know why the issues previously stated are happening on a daily basis when the didn’t at all before I started this conversation originally

    @virginmedia When I ring, I get an automated message that it would be done by 4pm, its 5pm and works are not done - we had this problem few months ago and the engineer messed up our Internet for over a week as I could not then get one booked in, was never re-imbursed either
