    @virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

    @virginmedia I have rung twice waited over 2 hours and still can’t sort out a request to cancel an account for someone who has learning difficulties and is escaping domestic violence. Disgraceful

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @virginmedia My mum was a customer since cable & wireless. When she died I had to move so I transfered the account to my new home thus making me a new account holder. I'm honestly so embarrassed but stressed out that I wasn't notified about either restriction/disconnection

    @virginmedia @jonny_B_Red Dont bother jonny they just ignore you and close the complaint and mark it resolved. Take it to your local mp for negotiation as i have done with my mums shocking treatment. Go citizens advice as they will assess and contact them on your behalf!

    @virginmedia Hi again Virgin, I just bought Homeworks which your operator was very reluctant to give me without signing a new contract imprisoning me longer with your service. BUt when trying to book a next day technician was told there wasn’t any til 22nd even under Homeworks 1/2

    @virginmedia Don’t know if issues are being looked at currently! Misleading info on website / app, no faults in area but then says works in area which were around time these issues began for multiple households
