Looks like #VirginMedia is on the verge of falling over again. Had connection issues over the last half hour including Twitter not loading, *** pushes failing and Zoom being slow to connect. But weirdly I can still run a solid speed test.

@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

@virginmedia I want to cancel my broadband contract it never works and you never help to fix it but your happy to take my money. Either cancel it for free or il be seeking legal action I'm bored with this now

@virginmedia you really need to upgrade your call centres I make calls all day from my work station and have no problems but I call your helpline and the signal is from 15 years ago. FYI when someone upgrades to your G1 make sure it’s setup I shouldn’t have to ring you to sort it

@virginmedia I’ve had intermittent connection and slow speeds since start of January. Nothing been fixed and no notification of outages. Customer service non existent and no response to my complaint. *Not* reliable at all.
