    @virginmedia TV and phone are fine. It is the broadband that is still slow despite the reset.

    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia Said their was a local outage that was due to get fixed by 20/11. Online says there’s no issue with broadband but it’s always said that. Also could you check the status of a complaint?

    @virginmedia Security that can only be reset by you sending a letter to my gran, who is 93, didn't create the account, by post, can't be reset online. Last time I tried to sort it out I was hung up on by incredibly rude person, but by overcharging £250, you've taken advantage for too long.
