@virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

@elissetennis I’ll try again tomorrow. I’ve had problems trying to watch streams through Amazon Prime via TNT/HBO with my provider (Virgin Media.) It shouldn’t be this confusing! And I can’t even seem to sign up for TNT Sports through the app to watch on my smartphone anymore!

  • PariPassu_Rx
    Pari Passu Newsletter (@PariPassu_Rx) reported

Telefónica and Liberty Global are looking at ways to bring down the £22bn debt pile at Virgin Media O2, their UK joint venture, after a sharp sell-off in the company's bonds. A roughly $925mn unsecured note fell to as low as 57 cents on the dollar this week, down from about 78 at the start of July, and even the senior secured paper slipped. The measures under discussion include cutting the expected £200mn dividend, pulling back capex, and reducing headcount.

  • ScouseBouncy
Scouse House Bouncy Music (@ScouseBouncy) reported

@virginmedia Not my account so I can speak you about it. What happens though is, you start a stream and then it corrupts, goes to a black screen and goes to a “Error code: COMPO” then closes. This is not network related, it’s not a box issue. It is an issue with authentication

  • j_ball13

.@virginmedia your bereavement team are a nightmare. We’re trying to transfer account from my deceased parent but we’ve been told we have to immediately cancel within 24 hours? Baring in mind we haven’t got anything else sorted to continue? Is this policy you promote to everyone?

@Benleo Ben bring up your hub on virgin media I guarantee you it’s been hacked and you get a warning. This is happening all over London and I can’t get anybody to help me with it. Bring up your own Virgin media hub and you will see what I mean.

  • victor50
    Kev (@victor50) reported

@virginmedia if Virgin paid me £5 for every time the wifi went down, I’d be a wealthy man. I am anyway, but not quite enough to sue under the trades description act for diabolical service. Absolutely awful. The new provider can’t get in our area quick enough.
