@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

Looks like #VirginMedia is on the verge of falling over again. Had connection issues over the last half hour including Twitter not loading, *** pushes failing and Zoom being slow to connect. But weirdly I can still run a solid speed test.

brilliant customer service by @virginmedia sending a letter hiking my grandmother's bill up by £12 and then a non-UK call centre saying it's going to cost her more to decrease her package... followed by trying to sell her more services.. I guess the cost of living isn't a concern
