    @virginmedia how long will it take to fix my internet connection. CO1 area. Main problem is a slow speed for emails.

    @virginmedia That's achieving nothing. What's the point in WiFi if it's not gona work. Can't get through on phone and get any help at all. Absolutely appalling service and il now be taking this further

    @virginmedia I will try again by unplugging the router etc. However other people living near me are also experiencing problems. It is not just me.

    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia contract changed last year, advised incorrectly by advisor, discussed with call centre & complained via your complaints procedure - no calls received to date to address from now over 1 month from complaint date #shockingservice for a loyal customer

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia So, 3 phone calls over 50 mins all cut off! All I wanted to do was pay off a handset and upgrade a contract. Customer service 0/10!

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia I just spoke to your customer service team a d was transferred to 2 different opperators before they just hang up on me with out resolving the issue .

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting service from Virgin. Rang to get refund for sky sports since lockdown and no help whatsoever. And I can’t make a complaint apparently as it will be automatically closed!!

    @virginmedia I have something called a TP Adapter? in my room. When it is able to come through that the signal is brilliant, but for some reason it is not coming through right now.

    @virginmedia getting slaughtered on 'X' re customer service. Customers have been trying for literally hours to get through. I'm approaching 30 minutes as I've just seen what my new monthly bill is & am being told that unless I install a new box, I'll be cut off. It's the same muzak over & over again.

    @virginmedia I am trying to cancel my contract, and every time your chatbot says it is going to connect me to an actual human, the chat disconnects and starts again. This is moderately infuriating to say the least. Can you fix this

    @virginmedia Having spent 90 minutes awaiting a call at 8am without any response this morning & viewing your very poor chat bot service, i have to say your customer service is now the poorest ever from an existing customer of over 30 years. I will try again on sunday to resolve my issue

    @bravemongoose @virginmedia You won’t get a reply from X either. They are simply closed. I’m guessing the company is close to collapse. I’m trying to cancel my contract to after 25 years
