    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia So, 3 phone calls over 50 mins all cut off! All I wanted to do was pay off a handset and upgrade a contract. Customer service 0/10!

    Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

    @virginmedia I have something called a TP Adapter? in my room. When it is able to come through that the signal is brilliant, but for some reason it is not coming through right now.

    @virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

    @virginmedia contract changed last year, advised incorrectly by advisor, discussed with call centre & complained via your complaints procedure - no calls received to date to address from now over 1 month from complaint date #shockingservice for a loyal customer

    @InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

    @virginmedia I just spoke to your customer service team a d was transferred to 2 different opperators before they just hang up on me with out resolving the issue .

    @virginmedia Please don’t conveniently close the live chat because you cut my phone and you’re having massive issues. The phone is my business phone and you are now liable for any missed work. Sort it out, shocking service.

    @virginmedia If i go online and register as a new customer i can put it in my name. What more complications can there be? Im not responsible for payment of the bill and you wont let me be so if i stop paying there isnt much you can do about it.

    @virginmedia Like I said, I'm not paying in arrears, so it's on you to stop the service once I stop paying. Virgin have breached the contract by not offering anywhere near the promised service, so it's a free get-out clause for me! I'll be back tomorrow to report yet more shoddy service👍

    @virginmedia Wow now you respond.... why do people have to suffer for something they pay for. You got my line! No staff knows why ? No bills outstanding. I asked for calls promise after promise. Not one bit help!

    @virginmedia This has been an ongoing issue for weeks (actually it’s more likely a couple months). A new hub didn’t fix this problem.

    @virginmedia It says the service is ok, we are restarting the hub every few hours (the hub 3 is absolute garbage), if you check I'm complaining about the hub 3 every other month. We are also paying for virgin boosters that do nothing

    @virginmedia Really, The exception to the rule then? Well firstly considering we have the “oomph” package there is so much of it needs to be paid for in the store? Stuff that is all free on sky, the box set selction and the kids package is really poor in compassion

    @virginmedia Your "help" is as worthwhile as the rest of what Virgin offer. If they offer "help" then why have I had a thread open for 3 weeks that's now been buried with no response? It is physically impossible for non-payment to affect my credit score as I have no credit agreement with you.
