From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

Also when login failed and you try again with the reset password it still doesn't work. You have to clear the cache. Sorry guys, can't be arsed
