@virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

@virginmedia Yeah I got what was needed in the end, but it's pretty poor customer service to announce its break time mid chat/transaction, and then I have to sit and wait on the conversation for nearly half an hour for the agent to finish their break. I've never known anything like it

@virginmedia And the game freezes up, lags massively then reboots the game back in to where you were or back in spawn. But this wasn't happening to anyone who wasn't on VM so again not my house when it happened up and down the country!!!
