    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia We turned everything off overnight & service had resumed this morning.checked yr svs system last night & there were reported failures in colchester & around the UK.Having been a prior customer o f20 years, whenever it rains then sunny, you always have issues!

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting service from Virgin. Rang to get refund for sky sports since lockdown and no help whatsoever. And I can’t make a complaint apparently as it will be automatically closed!!

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

    @virginmedia I have something called a TP Adapter? in my room. When it is able to come through that the signal is brilliant, but for some reason it is not coming through right now.

    @Howard_Norton @Virgin I haven’t even managed to get through to @virginmedia yet despite multiple attempts and long holds to even comment on their actual customer service. The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @virginmedia That was a wired connection. It downloaded in the end (all 92GB), I will keep a lookout for issues.

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Offered me free Sim cards,stuff like that.I said it was fine and waited.Service was back in a few hours. Then I got an apology and refund for waiting at home. Now I just got another apology and another refund for the loss of internet/phone. Virgin is pretty rubbish.

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Just leave them they'll never get the money of you anyhow, and there's no way they can stop you leaving. Just sign up with a new company that will come to your house and install an order with no problems.. you are already disconnected, so there's nothing they can do.

    @virginmedia my current contract runs out 16th June and the best price you can offer me after 12 years a customer I have been offered £46.99 ppm but if let it run out I can get it for 26.99 as a new customer
