@InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

@virginmedia Please help! I work from home and my router sparked and died. I can't work without Internet and i have 2 newborn babies, one on oxygen so that spark could have been incredibly dangerous. An automated voice recording said a technician won't be out until Saturday.

@virginmedia customer service cannot be trusted. In January I agreed to an 18 month contract at £29 per month and today on phoning them they said I was not on that contract. They say they have fixed it now but no email confirmation received so not fixed!!

@virginmedia After a call to customer services because my Hub 5 will not connect to the internet, the advisor told me i'd be receiving a text and that it would be up and running within 2 hours. 14 hours later, no text and still no net. Can you help get this resolved please?
