Nicky P. Smalley (@Nicky_P_Smalley) reported@virginmedia I haven’t tried ringing, as I’m more likely to get through to Elvis on a ouija board then you. For a month our top package internet keeps failing, you say you fix it & a week later it dies. Pull your finger out & sort compo for every customer in S63 7NR area.
-
C (@V4RSTAPP4N) reported@TheRyanDyslexia @ShiinaBR need to be a customer of o2 or virgin media to get it

Matt ⚡️ (@MattOfTheSouth) reported@virginmedia any reason why I can't get gig2 as a gig1 customer? Is it only available to new customers? Ridiculous if so. Postcode checker says it's available on my postcode if I was to order a new package?

Scotty Loadinson (@Pandor1caOpens) reported@virginmedia Once again your internet service in The Stoke on Trent area is atrocious. How many times am I going to have to perform a speed test to find out I'm not getting what we pay for? Boost the WiFi in Stoke-On-Trent & keep it consistent or we find another internet provider
-
Craig (@Scrumpyjackfan) reportedAfter 25 years with @virginmedia it’s time to say 👋. Relocating your customer services to SE Asia a few years back was a stupid move, I have wasted hours waiting and talking to your reps. Even now I must do the leg work to find a better deal. You should be phoning me to keep me.
-
nigel (@redwallreality) reported@biggle1908 Virgin media broadband is excellent. Problems start when you phone them…if you understand Indians with a less than rudimentary ability to speak English, go for it.

Greg Cunnington (@Yuzi87) reported@virginmedia I've been a Virgin Media customer for 20 years, I've been paying out of contract rates at £109 a month for 2 years without realising. When I create a package as a new customer its £37 a month, however as a long time customer my new price is £68. Nice way to treat your Customers!
