    Looks like #VirginMedia is on the verge of falling over again. Had connection issues over the last half hour including Twitter not loading, *** pushes failing and Zoom being slow to connect. But weirdly I can still run a solid speed test.

    @virginmedia I have something called a TP Adapter? in my room. When it is able to come through that the signal is brilliant, but for some reason it is not coming through right now.

    @virginmedia So, 3 phone calls over 50 mins all cut off! All I wanted to do was pay off a handset and upgrade a contract. Customer service 0/10!

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia contract changed last year, advised incorrectly by advisor, discussed with call centre & complained via your complaints procedure - no calls received to date to address from now over 1 month from complaint date #shockingservice for a loyal customer

    @virginmedia The brilliant engineer came out and knew what the problem was straight away, the hub hadn't been activated at your end. apparently it has been a common problem the engineers are finding.

    @virginmedia. 2 hours on a call trying to sort things out, to be told I was now cutting out, so the mobile team would call me straight back. 40 minutes later still waiting. Mention complaint and they cut me off 😡😡😡😡

    @JonStone101 @virginmedia Have the same at every renewal, even had the Indian team in disbelief that I wanted the cancel the landline phone (haven’t had one in decades) and could only quote more than what I was currently paying. The UK side (think Scotland) were great and got me the deal I was after
