@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@Howard_Norton @Virgin I haven’t even managed to get through to @virginmedia yet despite multiple attempts and long holds to even comment on their actual customer service. The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

@virginmedia The call centre constantly promise us call backs which don’t come and are of no help at all. This has gone on long enough now where it’s affecting the family home life and employment duties. We can’t even make calls as our area has poor signal so struggle to make/receive calls

@skytv Connected to Internet, still no TV channels. Call up, get sent a link and fobbed off. Suprise suprise the link doesn't even work. Actually shocking, had nothing but issues since moving from @virginmedia. Took 4 months to get the bloody thing installed. Shocking.
