More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

@virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

Got disconnected twice and cut off myself once..that's what happens when you're on WhatsApp whilst on in the call queue. Virgin Media is quite unique. It has great products in my opinion. Their broadband is the best. Their customer service however is appalling.

@virginmedia Reliable WiFi!! I’ve tried numerous times to get through to the tech support as ours drops out and we never hit the speeds advertised in the ultimate ooomph bundle. Takes at least 1 hour to get a response and they just say factory reset. Please advise on official complaint
