    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @virginmedia At the moment I’m going to hold tight and take the advise of my text message rather than chase around for internet provision all day. I’m just hopeful there’ll be some sort of compensation for the service that’s not being provided.

    @Joshday27 @virginmedia I have had same problem left phone on loud speaker 2 hours app on windows not working use browser then it said to many devices wait till 1st Dec that was on 15th Nov because u can't get hold of no body waited untill then what happened I've got 4 same device and still won't play

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin, this week the connection has been very poor at times and the first 3 days daily issues were reported in the area (L17). Now the speed in the morning & evening is very bad, giving me 26Mbit when I'm paying for 200. It was never this bad, please investigate.

    @virginmedia Bad news although I am a long term customer upgrading to the ultimate ooomph package does not include TV360. This is an additional £24.99 on top of the £35 admin fee for changing package. In short paid £59.99 to upgrade and waited 4 months with full bill. When will #loyalty pay?
