@virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

@virginmedia At the moment I’m going to hold tight and take the advise of my text message rather than chase around for internet provision all day. I’m just hopeful there’ll be some sort of compensation for the service that’s not being provided.

@Joshday27 @virginmedia I have had same problem left phone on loud speaker 2 hours app on windows not working use browser then it said to many devices wait till 1st Dec that was on 15th Nov because u can't get hold of no body waited untill then what happened I've got 4 same device and still won't play

@missradders @virginmedia When Branson sold Virgin Media to Libert Global it slowly has just gone downhill from my personal experience I have no idea on the business and tech side. Just purly as a customer. I ditched mine months ago they basically could never fix a fault in our street for ever

@virginmedia It is automated service 0345 454 1111 that advises a problem in our postcode area, it said it would be fixed by 3.45pm. It has said this for 10 days in a row and I suspect is incorrect. Can you please confirm?

@missradders @virginmedia Do you have evidence from your new provider that they said that the rolling contract would be cancelled with the switch? If not, you might be in a bit of trouble, because I don’t see why it would be, in the case of broadband.
