    @Joshday27 @virginmedia I have had same problem left phone on loud speaker 2 hours app on windows not working use browser then it said to many devices wait till 1st Dec that was on 15th Nov because u can't get hold of no body waited untill then what happened I've got 4 same device and still won't play

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @virginmedia I've reset the router. Seems to be getting 450Mbps down and 56Mbps down on a Volt Gig1 Fibre Broadband package and only 1 was connected using 5G in the same room as the router. Could be a bit faster.

    @DebbieSioux @virginmedia Just go straight to the Ombudsman. If VM can’t be bothered to resolve things, a professional body needs to be involved. I myself having issues with complaints not being addressed so going down the Ombudsman route!
