Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

You're slightly missing the point, though: it's not whether it's been reported, it's how shoddy the connection is and how often it goes down. And that never seems to get fixed!

Simon Prior (@prior_simon) reported@Mahelx @virginmedia Openreach is regulated, which opens up that network to other providers such as Vodafone, talktalk and sky I believe. Am sure there is a better way, but not sure nationalisation is right.
