@virginmedia do me a favour, just send me a new router please! Sick of intermittent broadband. Takes too long to get through to tech adviser so it’s back working by the time I speak to someone so they detect no issues!

More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

@virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

@virginmedia Absolute joke of a company. Put me in touch with someone who can actually help and talk more than 3 sentences of english in 45 minutes. Nothing has been fixed. New router still hasn’t solved intermittent connection issue. No effort from technician to resolve issue
