@virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

@barkway_ken @neal_army @virginmedia Yup, piracy is a competitor whether they like it or now so you have to deliver a service that can compete. Football specifically I can defo see ending up on streaming direct to consumer. I think it's Boehly's plan (and that's why Sky take such exception).
