    And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

    @virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

    @virginmedia Thanks I did finally mange to get hold of someone and an engineer coming Saturday , wasn’t too pleased with the lady saying if any of your equipment was damaged we would be fined , that’s a horrible thing to say

    @virginmedia do me a favour, just send me a new router please! Sick of intermittent broadband. Takes too long to get through to tech adviser so it’s back working by the time I speak to someone so they detect no issues!

    More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

    @virginmedia By the way, the amount of “let me transfer you to this team or that team” is out of control. In circles for nearly 6 hours over a span of three days. It’s bad.

    @virginmedia hi, no internet since Monday morning. This is not due to the outage. Ive tried everything. Im expected to wait 3- 5 business days before i can get help. Can u pls get an engineer sent out. I also expect a refund on the days we have been without wifi, hope u can sort
