-
BlueTickBob❌ (@mcrobgi) reported@virginmedia thanks for wasting more of my time. You don’t answer the phones, your chat bot repeats itself, you promise to call me at an agreed time & don’t bother ringing me !! Great customer service!!
-
si (@sjk2099) reported@virginmedia my internet suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, I've tried to scan the password to reconnect but that's not working. I've unplugged the router and that didn't work either. Any suggestions?
-
UAVHive (@UAVHive) reported@Edeaulx @virginmedia Having worked in telecoms I can vouch for the fact that Virgin Media's customer service is atrocious and I'd argue is the worst in the industry. I would never be a customer of theirs ever again.
-
christopher john (@chriscj1065) reported@virginmedia Could you please send me details to who i should log a complaint.
-
keith bird (@birdybank) reported@virginmedia @JiffyRugby i've had an unresolved issue going on with Virgin since March! Supposed to be coming tomorrow at the 7th attempt - Will they finally turm up??
-
Robby Yung ⦿⦿⦿ (@viewfromhk) reported@0xsachi I think "moat" is just a polite way of saying monopoly. First mover advantage builds a brand and customer stickiness, and I think this should be the goal, personally. But all these anti-competitive practices like making cancelling services ridiculously hard (hello @virginmedia ) or walling the garden once you get enough users (hello @facebook Open Graph) should be cracked down on, in my opinion.
-
Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reportedI would contact you directly @virginmedia but your 'My Virgin Media' website won't allow me to sign in. I assume that this kind of obstructiveness is what got you fined so lavishly by @Ofcom
-
Chris Love (@chrislove_89) reported@virginmedia 4x since I’ve moved across from BT, the service has been completely down in my area, this in space of just a few months. This has affected exam revision, kids bedtime routines, among other things. Terrible, pathetic service and can’t wait until my contract expires!
-
James Durrant (@je_durrant) reported@virginmedia I did that earlier today and your colleague confirmed nothing can be done until 17th August, over a month since this started. Now you’re saying it’s £1660 to exit a service I can’t even use. “Taking responsibility” and “monitoring” doesn’t solve my problem
-
James Durrant (@je_durrant) reported@coveragechecker @virginmedia Was initially a local outage but turned into someone had unplugged my cable at the exchange and it needed replacing. Sh*t happens, I get it, but to leave someone who pays £1500 a year for a service without anything for a month is plain bad
