    @virginmedia Fix time was by 15:00. Yea and now it’s 15:00 I have service. Convenient. This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Where are these so called service improvements???

    For a while now, I’ve been dissatisfied with the performance of my elderly rented @virginmedia TIVO TV box. Tonight it ceased to function, so I phoned for a fix. I didn’t get a fix. Instead the operator tried to sell me a new one at extra cost. Not a happy bunny!

    @virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

    @virginmedia We're on M100 fibre. Speed isn't the issue. The issue is that whole thing stops working for no clear reason; no warning lights, no issues on the service check website. It takes out all the devices at once. And it's been getting worse since the bill increase was announced.

    @virginmedia still trying to actually speak to customer service since before XMAS! being ridiculously overly charged every month for calls it’s impossible for me to make as I haven’t got a house phone! Horrendous service!! This month £117!

    @virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @_AnaCristina_ @virginmedia Can you use your data to go on your online account lovey? Do that and down the side it gives a WhatsApp option. They’re open 8-8 and v v good at getting back to u within 10 mins or so

    @Stsantek @virginmedia Ofcom fine Virgin Media £28 million. But fail to regulate. Where does the money go? There are regulatory bodies for everything in the uk, Water, Energy, Communications, Banking, Health Care. Do they actually do anything?

    When @virginmedia tells you to update your Tivo Box to the latest version, DON'T DO IT! It is truly RUBBISH There is not one single thing about it that is not WORSE than the previous version. So bad that I will be leaving Virgin as soon as I can
