@weemazsmith @virginmedia Oh god Maz, I left them 4 yrs ago, nothing but trouble & customer service were always rude & dismissive, I also found they were still taking direct debits for a mobile phone contract 2 months after it was terminated! Bin them!! Xx

@virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

@virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

@virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

@weemazsmith @virginmedia Yes had that & it wasn't until I cancelled everything that I got the DD issue. If you don't want to leave them, ask for disconnection, they have a different attitude, but the issues re connection continued for me xx

Currently sitting at the end of my road to get signal as @VodafoneUK have severely let us down with our wifi. Promised 8th august, now the the best they say is almost a week later with no alternative for wfh! Really wish @virginmedia operated in our new area, they were brilliant.

If I want to add the simple TV service in contract (currently £32), it's £65 in total for a basic package - if I was a new customer, it'd be £33 in total. That makes sense... @virginmedia

@virginmedia It felt intentional i can assure you. I advised them that if we get cut off i would expect a call back. It never happened. Its the signal to the router. We have had nothing but problems since we recently joined. You are breaching the contract with the poor service.

@virginmedia I have just tried my device through a Talk Talk broadband service and it works perfectly. Let's look at this. Worked with my old virgin hub Works now with BT hub. Works now with Talk Talk service. Doesn't work with new Virgin hub. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes.........
