So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

@virginmedia Engineer was put on hold, then cancelled, as contrary to what your staff insisted, the issue was network related, not in my home. Great that it's been resolved, I just hope I don't need to speak to that call centre again. Shocking attitude.

@virginmedia Internet speed is at just over 10mbps compared to 110 a few days ago .. tried resetting router and following other steps but still painfully slow..
