    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @virginmedia As I told the virgin media that I can't call as am abroad. I have been told from my previous web chat that Virgin is happy to help via webchat. As a customer I should have options to talk with all the options. My current contract is still running.

I managed to cancel my contract before install today having been lured in by the 1gb speeds then having the soul destroying experience of having to try and orchestrate my own install including street pull through. The worst coming I’ve ever engaged with
