Very disappointed in @virginmedia rang for the 4th time as we keep getting a WiFi issue in one of our rooms on various devices even though it says it’s a full signal , we were told if we pay £5 extra a month we can have a WiFi booster when they are only £20 to buy , ridiculous

@virginmedia We were told on one call it was showing a fault and they would get someone to call but that was two months ago ,nobody ever rang ,if I use my phone or a different iPad you can see the signal disappear often but then other times It will be fine ,just in that room though

@virginmedia Fix time was by 15:00. Yea and now it’s 15:00 I have service. Convenient. This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Where are these so called service improvements???

@virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

@virginmedia We have been ringing for several months now trying to sort this out ,the wife in the hub room and wired are fine it’s just in our other main room it has days where it cuts out ,I’ve done all the required self help ,used to app to scan the room to black spots but doesn’t find any

@virginmedia it’s apparent you have a problem but you are not being honest about it. Can someone please advise when your email system will be fixed. No service for 24 hours now, made a requested password change, an adviser also changed my password. Even been given a fault number.

@virginmedia claim on my ever-increasing monthly bill: “Looks like you’ve made some changes”. All I did was complain that their TV box wasn’t working. Still haven’t received the new one either. Customer service? Forget it.

Anybody with virgin media in stoke newington n16, they are having issues with broadband however their status checker says all is fine, but when you ring up you are told there are issues in the area, doesn't seem to state a estimated time fix either

@virginmedia having serious problems with your mobile site when trying to checkout. Was trying to get a pay monthly iPad Air + Smart Keyboard. Every time I try, at various stages of checkout an "Ajax error" pops up, then the ends up in a redirect loop and I can't do a thing

@virginmedia I don’t have a wife booster but since you changed my speed it has gone worse and really struggle to get signal it just keeps buffering, this has been going on for 3 months and I have spent many hours on the phone to India to be told someone would call me back but never do
