@virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

@stephens_ben @virginmedia Right. I mean a secondary sim on the same subscription, like eSIM. I work with an operator who's had a lot of issues connected to texts not being sent to twins unless specifically turned on.

@virginmedia Nope... I was told when the government tells you that you're allowed! First was 12/03 which is still open as "We're working on a solution to your issue" but I got an email saying you called (you didn't) and that you'll close in 28 days so I have no idea anymore
