@virginmedia What is the current status of the outage in #cambridge ? please. I guess its all down to the roadworks on #miltonroad I wonder what other utilities will get damaged over the next 2 years of chaos in the #cb4 area of the city.

@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@MartinSLewis £38/mth Virgin Media for Fibre-optic upto 100mb broadband, been with them for 8yrs. Have to say, other than the odd outage and the previous modem wearing out, that I've not had any issues, speed is good at c70mbs.
