After all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?

@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia You can hang up on me, repeat the terms of the contract as much as you like. I'm not going anywhere out of principal. I might suggest it will cost Virgin a lot more than £240 in the long run, if you are not prepared to be reasonable and take the full circumstances into account.
