Very disappointed in @virginmedia rang for the 4th time as we keep getting a WiFi issue in one of our rooms on various devices even though it says it’s a full signal , we were told if we pay £5 extra a month we can have a WiFi booster when they are only £20 to buy , ridiculous

@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia We have been ringing for several months now trying to sort this out ,the wife in the hub room and wired are fine it’s just in our other main room it has days where it cuts out ,I’ve done all the required self help ,used to app to scan the room to black spots but doesn’t find any

@virginmedia This just says I’ll still have to pay £5 a month surely your WiFi should work correctly ,we never had this problem before so surely this means there’s a problem , we can’t afford another £5 a month as we are paying nearly £80 now

@virginmedia We were told on one call it was showing a fault and they would get someone to call but that was two months ago ,nobody ever rang ,if I use my phone or a different iPad you can see the signal disappear often but then other times It will be fine ,just in that room though

@MannyMontanaro @virginmedia I would move away from Virgin Media they are a massive **** show of a business. They won't sort your problem,they don't care. If you try and leave they will deliberately make your life a misery for weeks. See it through though. It took me 4 months. With BT now...better!

@virginmedia There is 0 communication, I did not see any report from the engineer and your team neither. I am tired of wasting my time with you on the phone every 2 days. I saw in the contract that after 30 days without wifi I can cancel the contract without fee, count down has started
